The a6700 is overkill for beginners!
Und zu teuer.
Very damn expensive too, I'd stick to the a6400
It's overkill for beginners, but the a6400 lacks too much in the low end.
There really needs to be a model that's cheaper than the a6700 while still supporting 10-bit color video, to compete on price with the Canon R10. A Sony camera that removes 4K120 and IBIS from the a6700, but is sold for $300 less, would be shocking value.
Literally, intermediate at most, professional in some instances
I used to own an A6400 but found it lacking in some instances and upgraded to the A6700 - yes, it’s got a lot more, but consider it future proofing. Especially if you’re just starting out!
I'm a beginner, and I bought this camera yesterday solely for the growth opportunities it offers. Yes, I may not need 4k and 120fps, but I have the option in case I do. So far I only have 2 days with it, and liking it a lot so far :)
Great to hear ! I'm gonna do the same !
It’s probably a lil overkill for a beginners but as you get better you will not need to change it anytime it will cover everything you need
true, I think if someone can, then getting a better camera straight away will allow you to not having to switch later on. But it will all come down to peoples preferences and budget
I’ve had mine a month now and absolutely love it. And, yes, I’ve watched every second of your videos about it lol.
Hahaha nice, congratulations on this camera!
I have had mine for 4 months and I absolutely love this light little thing! Great for content creation and even photography/filmmaking!!
Totally agree!
The a6700 is so tempting, but I'm already deep in the Sony full frame ecosystem 😭😭😭
i mean u can still use ff lenses on aps-c
@@REXct--zu2hmexactly since the lens is full frame the crop sensor will cover the sharpest parts of the lens (center)
It’s much easier to switch to apsc with ff lens. It’s harder to switch from apsc to ff because need to buy ff lens.
But you can still use your fullframe lenses? I strictly buy full frame lenses even though I’ve only ever owned apcs cameras. So one day when I decide to go full frame I will have all the lenses I need
Think it will be great for experienced people as well.
Bro u re the best, I bought a6400 one year ago cuz of ur videos 😂❤
Legend!
I think i want this camera next. I have a Sony ZV-1 and a Sony FX30
the a6700 is sick hybrid for sure
Very insightful!
That 10-18mm is fire. Also how I found this channel.
If you were to add 500+ to the budget what would you consider? Used for both but mainly video.
Doesn’t matter if it’s a hybrid/full frame.
My sibling upgraded big time to a 6700. And I’d like to have something similar if not a bit better 😉
I’d like to invest long term for cinematic videos etc and photography.
everything is tempting but what about the heating issue while recording 4k 60/120
Unnecessarily expensive for beginners I’d say. I’d pick an 6400 or 6000 even if I’d begin again. But saying that wouldn’t be a viral video.
yea the a6400 is still going strong!
Is a canon 70d still a good camera?
Confused between a6400 or a6700
Will do videos, so the rolling shutter in A6400 bothers me a lot..
Also confused whether to spend extra cash to this a6700 rather buying lens es for a6400..
Will be my 1st camera, and won't be able to afford any other camera in atleast next few years
this vs Fujifilm xs 20 ???
I really want this camera
What lens do you recommend for the A6700 if I want my videos to have bokeh on this camera?
Any lens with low aperture like 1.8 or lower. I have a 0.95 but it’s manual focus so forget about videoing yourself. However, the bokeh is insane.
What does being a begginer have to do with it?
Why not for pro?
Something like the A6700 would be a straight waste of money for a beginner. Because they are not going touch half the features warranting that price tag especially if you're just doing photos and some videos on the side or just vlogging. The ZVE-10 or the 6400/A6600 are much more practical starter options under $1000. Then depending on how far you want to take your work you may decide to upgrade or maybe the ZVE-10 is all that you need.
Good luck!
thank you!
i stick to zve10
Unfortunately it overheats in 4K 60p after 13 minutes !!
Um not happening to my copy so far. I heard it can do u pto around 20 mins for 4K 60p but I really can't think of a use case where one would do a very long take at 4K60p honestly.
The reason people buy this is for video
I just bought one, no body tell me! it need more lens rather than kit lens
Not at that price point, mate...
Wondering what the zv e10 II going to be like…
probably epic lol
I guess, a6400 is way better for beginners, cuz of price obviously
Way better than A6400
Bro's accent 😂
The price is not for a beginner except for a rich guy. 😊
How is that a beginner camera? Better to have more options than less, but in the beginning, especially if you dont do video, it's an overkill.
I think it all comes down to peoples preferences and budget, but yea you are right, something like an used a6400 is probably something that most will benefit from
Almost 8000 PLN for Body only and almost 9500 PLN for a Body with a 18-135mm f/3,5-5,6 camera bundle? No thank You, it's not for beginners, beginners start low with cash so A6400 used will do.
Am I the only person who doesn’t think it's 'tiny'??
Beginners ???
Beginners????
