Yes and no. Some racing series share circuits. Qatar for example hosts F1 and Moto GP races. Mexico hosts F1 and Formula E. Others like drag racing are used for drag racing only, same with Rallying.
You forgot a few, GT3 racing, those hybrid cars that race, formula E (electric), etc
Nascar actually does have road courses where they turn right
WRC cars can go well in excess of 100mph mate
