Saipan - Tier 9 planes, Tier 10 damage

Saipan - American special premium Tier VIII aircraft сarrier.
In 1943, Admiral King demanded that two light aircraft carriers be built per year to compensate for anticipated losses. The first two ships were to enter service in December 1945. The new ships were to be based on the hull of the Baltimore-class heavy cruiser. Only two ships were built-no new ones were ordered due to the war ending. Initially, USS Saipan, which was deemed too small to accommodate jets, was utilized for naval cadet training, training maneuvers, and patrol and diplomatic missions.
Saipan was first released for sale on 12-13 April 2016.

This is called pre-drop, and CV-players do this to save their planes. Big flight groups = more plane losses, smaller flight group = easier to avoid AA explosions, less plane losses. It also allows to do hit and run attacks like the soviet CV`s do.
Saipan has not so many planes and a huge regeneration time. This makes her harder to play, you need experience with CV or you`ll get de-planed early, causing Saipan to be useless for some minutes.

Just good luck with the enemy potato team, Saipan can get good dmg but it's easy to knock out of the game
