- W. Soule is an industrial mechanical fabricator with more than 70 years experience. In this video we demonstrate our pipe fabrication capabilities by profiling an API Pipe Fabrication project we completed for a natural gas compressor station.
I worked in exactly the same type of pipe Fab shop in BG, Kentucky. Rolling welds out, RMD root passes, pulsed MIG fill and cap. Everything was inspected on site. This is def a hell of a way to do big jobs, but doesn't work so well on smaller jobs, or older buildings full of existing piping. Virtual Fly Through is a MUST for a company wanting to do this. Great looking shop guys! Wish I was up there with you!

Never seen anything like that , this a complete shop , if I had the chance I would move there anytime
im a tube welder, i work a lot in a turn around job(shutdown).mostly i weld in the field or in the unit i can weld in tight spot using mirror weld. weld in a convection box. 180deg. elbow. i can weld inconel, stainless pipe, aluminum pipe, titanium, that required 100% X-ray. i work with MEI a brown and root co. who was specialized in heater job or boiler tubes. candy can, retubing. etc.
That's a very clean shop that says a lot about quality

The company I work for had 2 sub arc machines that were excellent machines. But a change in management decided that we were no longer going to fabricate such large jobs, so they chucked them away... didn't sell them... just scrapped them.

Are you just fabricators or you manufacture API pioes as well ? Do you render services for cross country pipelines as well ? I am asking because I saw the flow tee welded to the pipe section ! What i meant by my 2nd question is whether you guys execute cross country pipeline segments, say at the terminsls ?

Keep out of fabrication shops(sweat shops).. Site work is better .
