I’m just so in awe of her, and how she helped me with my Mother’s death. And then I met a friend and her husband online...saw her in her final race... flew to Ky. by myself to meet this couple. There are wonderful people in this world and they all centered around Zenyatta. God bless her and the whole family that bought her and raised her Ann and Jerry Moss, her trainer John and his wife. And Anyone that loved her and handled her. We loved you all for giving us this beautiful creature. Just simply jaw dropping and amazing and you brought me life after my Mother passed away! This horse saved my life. I met Kari and was invited to her last race. I've lost Kari, but I carry her on my keychain everyday. I don't go one day I don't think of her. I've since fought cancer and got hurt on my animal clinic job last December and it's Zenyatta and all I met through her that keep me going, Love Michele
Not much to say...i love this horse.This horse is the reason ive watched thousands and thousands of videos about horses and horse racing.
I burst in tears every time i hear her name,just like i do with secretariat.
She opened me a whole new world...love her...simple as that.
she's the IT girl.
her magic is in the way she captures people's hearts.
stunningly beautiful.
a physical giant.
her style of running last early, so the fan is manipulated to feel the "oh no!!", only to have her kick on the afterburners and just fly past the merely mortal competition,
her graciousness with children and older people (a trait stolen from Shaquille O'Neal and a big source of the great affection his fans had for him),
her powerful competitive will that gave her an unheard of nineteen wins in a row,
and last, the inexplicable charm of her completely spontaneous and irrepressible urge to simply dance Queenie, dance.

Every time I hear Zenyattas name and watch a video I start to cry. She is simply put marvelous. I would luv to see her in person,but I know I never will. But one can dream!

I fell in love with Zenyatta and in liking videos on CZcams from Kari Animals Rock4Love, we became friends. Zenyatta filled a void of losing my Mother. Then Kari and I kept in contact, and I flew to meet her and Barry for Zenyatta's last race. Her and her husband were the nicest people ever, but I got to see Queen Z. Unfortunately I came home with Kari's flu but she was fighting cancer. I lost my dear friend and then in 2013 had my own cancer battle. I will never ever forget Zenyatta and the wonderful people she brought into my life. I carry her name on my keyring everyday. Love you all Queen Z supporters. We're a great group! Michele in TX.

Zenyatta is capable of making people fall in love, causes a smile on your face for no reason but a thought of her beauty, her dance, and her disposition and her sweet sweet attitude. She is truly a gift from God🤗❤❤❤❤🏇🌸

Can I just say I flew from Texas to Louisville to see her in her last race because I met Kari from Animals Rock 4 love on You Tube. She had the ticket if I could get there. I did, met her and her husband and another of her friends from the East Coast. It was a beautiful time, I'll never ever forget it. I'm sorry she lost but she brought people together. I miss you Kari, but not a day goes by that I don't think of you. I have a keyring with Zenyatta on it. I hope you're rocking heaven. Michele in TX.

There's Zenyatta, and then there are racehorses.
She had the ability to destroy any horse in the field at will.
Mike Smith was really whipping her in this race. There is a legal limit for jockeys to hit horses (6 times) but obviously it is overlooked in the racing industry.
That looks like Michael Holding west Indies cricket fast bowler and hall of famer in the stands
who was better zenyatta or ruffian? who was loved more? I cannot decide?
Both are incredible athletes, how can you pick one over the other? When it comes down to personality I think I have to go with Z! The dance does it for me!
TMS2021 Camilla J I can understand how you can go with Ruffian, both were amazing racers total polar opposites in racing style. What a horrible shame we lost her so soon! No telling what her record could have been? I think of her every year when the Belmont is run and I see the flagpole knowing she’s buried next to it with her nose pointing to the finish line, that’s a honor they don’t give to many horses anywhere! To read her story I don’t know how that can’t bring tears to your eyes!!
honestly, if only Secretariat were still alive and he would have bred Zenyatta the foal they would have would the prince or princess of the horse racing world

She is just incredible. I still hate that Mike whipped her in that Breeder’s Cup. He loved her so much and hitting her to run faster for human (not horse) victory is so…well…blah.

As much as I love both of them, the race would be a disaster! By the time Zenyatta got going, Big Red would have 40 lengths on her and moving even faster!!!
I love them both dearly but Big Red would take the race. Z makes most of the top ten greatest race horses lists but secretariat has a lock one the number 1 spot. But you gotta love Z!!! She’s something special!!!
Zenyatta is now FOURTEEN YEARS OLD. STOP BREEDING HER! It hasn’t been successful so far and you could cause her to die from complications of childbirth; and for what reason??? The business of horse breeding, and that’s obviously the only reason! Her website has gone dormant, so who really knows what her health status is?
There's no plans to breed her for 2019 out of concern for her health. Also 14 isn't old for a broodmare, it's not a danger age for pregnancy.
She’s fine in foal to Candy Ride for a 2020 filly. Zenyatta herself has not had any problems foaling, with the exception of losing her 2018 pregnancy late due to an infection.
