As long as one has an ear for music one can learn to sing. Everyone can use their voice in a style they're comfortable with and once they can hear the notes they can learn to sing. The voice is controlled by a muscle and thus can be trained.
It's amazing that so many of the Avengers have spent the time to learn it.
