I applaud you Ashley. You are the first one to mention the horrific sentiment of hoping Karen takes her own life. That was sickening. That proves a total lack of value for human life. Its evil.

Ashley Banfield is better than Nancy Grace. I do think they should give more time for a longer interview but that's why I watch true crime yt bc they don't set time limits so information gets gone thru.
I see this on many news channels. I always wonder why they invite guests they don't seem to have time to talk to. Who is making the time restraints on an online channel?
Not only was CAUSE/MANNER of death ignored but, so was TIME of death ignored.
They "assumed" time (or worse knowingly lied) thus "assumed" cause & manner (or worse knowingly lied). And, vice versa.
And, no one has asked if ANYONE hit/drove over an already deceased (or partially frozen body). And, if so ... WHO? And, WHEN? Or, if already injured (or deceased) when exiting the home.

The judge in this case heavily defers to the authorities, even though the smell of corruption coming from them is clear.
Procedural error, misconduct and a jury cant make a descion. Which one is going to trigger the mistrial? It seems as though its been pretty tight to me. Turtle Simp is a good example.

She was originally charged with manslaughter but once the defense got involved and started realizing what was going on they changed it to second degree. In my opinion this was done to scare Karen into taking a plea deal.

The prosecutor sounded like he was reading off an uninteresting book. I was born/raised in Chi, so if I say he talks too fast, he really talks too fast, add both this up and it's not good. I am undecided, but Pros did nothing to make me consider her guilt yesterday.

@@jtjones4081 I’ve questioned that myself on Twitter and it’s one of the biggest question marks in this case. Idk what the Feds are doing but we know their independent investigation has determined injuries aren’t consistent with MVA so I guess we’ll see.
No 1 is that good of an actor.. When have you ever seen someone’s reaction be this genuine when they were the 1 that un-alived someone? NEVER. Especially in hindsight.
Also, it is extremely telling that a 1st responder OFFICER didn’t come out when there’s a deceased body on their yard. Why wouldn’t he come out? What INNOCENT officer would NOT go out to a crime scene they were near, especially in their front yard?! No human in general would avoid going outside. Only time that’s ever happened is when the criminal is hiding in the home & not coming out, which then turns into a stand off.

Those two weren't even paying attention to Karen. They were to busy turning their backs and huddling together near the truck. Until the second officer was on scene then the cover up begins. BY the way people, usually in a blizzard you would have snow banks on the sides of the road, especially if it was "blizzard conditions" since midnight.

The actors work for the ABA, the BAR, the UNITED STATES, and the state but only put on an act for their 'clients'. 'Client' is an infant, a child, a minor, and ens legis that can not conduct itself as an adult. Attorney turns the living into the dead. A US citizen is a US business. A US citizen or resident is an enemy of the UNITED STATES. Black robe jurisdiction is a con job and a joke.
