Capital Power Multimedia is working with CS-SUNN to advocate for improved nutrition in Nigeria, some of our approaches includes
Raising awareness: Educating the public about the causes and consequences of malnutrition which can help to generate support for policies and programs aimed at addressing the problem.
Mobilizing political will: We engage policymakers and decision-makers at all levels of government to prioritize malnutrition prevention and treatment.
Building partnerships: Collaboration between governments, civil society organizations, and private sector entities can help to leverage resources and expertise to address malnutrition.
Supporting evidence-based interventions: We are promoting the use of evidence-based interventions to prevent and treat malnutrition, such as improving access to nutritious foods, promoting breastfeeding, and providing micronutrient supplements.
Empowering communities: We are empowering communities to identify and address the root causes of malnutrition which can help to ensure that interventions are culturally appropriate and sustainable over the long term.
