Wow, great timing! I came out to the studio this morning to work and my stove would not turn on. I put a space header on the stove in the back corner w/o even opening it up and after 5 minutes the code was gone and the stove started. THANK YOU VERY MUCH for posting and sharing this information. I am sure lots of people who bought these stoves from Tractor Supply will be coming across you video (or hopefully will) when they get the ES01 code on their Grand Teton pellet stove. Once again, CZcams to the rescue when the manuals are useless.

Thanks for covering this, I got the same model. It ran for 72 hours and my error code came on. The first time was we got -2 in Michigan right before Xmas. The 2nd time I noticed my garage was cold below 30. So I got me a new motherboard I haven’t put in yet. Thanks

I experienced the ES01 and ES03 errors the day after I installed it. Talked to tech support, They are aware of the issue. It is a problem with the code that limits the lower temperature activation. They are correcting it and have promised to replace the motherboard when a new version that will operate below freezing is available.

I use a small craftsman salamander. I put it in front of the stove and it clears the errors in less then a minute. Its wonderful a heater not designed to work in the cold.

Mine just had a EO1 error code I tried everything then decided to hook my shop vac backwards and blew air into the intake in about 5 seconds the code finally disappeared and went into start up mode.. thank god!! 🙏 -20 outside with bad winds I'm thinking when I turned it off to clean it the wind blew ash back down chimney? Either way codes gone and my heater is working again.

Hello, you sound very knowledgeable about this particular stove. I had just purchased one about a week ago and hooked it up the issue that I’m having with it is it continues to run no matter what the temperature is set at. any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Running nonstop ECO 1 will run up to temp then stop like a furnace.

I have a question for everyone involved. I bought my stove in Tractor Supply recently and after setting it up ran it for 5 hours on 68degrees .The flame went out and smoke was escaping all over my house which smelled so toxic .
I had to open all the windows .
    ER5 was showing .
I called the company and the person said it was the mother board and exhaust fan.
    And that it was common
    On that model.
I don't know about you but that meant they were knowingly selling these reject stoves and having us fix them .
I did not give the man a hard time because it wasn't his fault.
He sent me a new fan and mother board .
Three days later it came I put them in turned on the stove and a EO2 code came up .
All of a sudden it filled with smoke again which again filled my living room with toxic fumes .
    The fan was not blowing.
I e went outside sucked out the smoke with a shop vac.
There were sparks flying out of the burn pot into the back of the stove .
The vacuum pulling the smoke out caused it to light and burn the pellets I plugged it back in and it began working.
When the pellets ran out it stopped.
This incident could have burned my house down and by now I was totally PISSED OFF .
Now I see that there are still more things wrong with it and people are all accepting this like no big deal.
They sold us a piece of garbage that they knew was just about ready for the junk pile.
We are buying it and repairing it free of charge and they'er probably laughing their rear ends off that people are accepting this and thanking them for letting them buy it and fix it.
Any class action suits out there yet?

I’m getting an E5 reading, and the switch is turning off after it goes through cleaning, pre heating, and feed, then it shuts the switch off!

Have you had any experience with an E5 error code. When I start up my Grand Teton Pellet Stove, it begins to go through the cleaning, feeding, and lighting cycle but the ignitor doesn't light.
