The recent few years have been the rise of the sulphate free shampoos as sulphates have been painted as the villain for humans. However three or fours years back everyone was perfectly fine with using sulphate shampoos so what changed in recent years that everyone has started shifting to SLS free shampoos.
All of this has given arise to a lot of confusion which leave people like you and me confused on which shampoo is right for us. So I did my research to make sure you and your amazing hair always stay sophisticated!

i wanna tell u about something Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate that shampoo in ur video i mean and link contains this ingredient and its as harmful as sulphate its not actually sulphate but still it is its like sulfonate u want slsa shampoo that is nearly not available i mean i both 3 brands in total as of right now but all had this substance the moment i saw this well tbh i knew something was off so can u try to find one with slsa?So far the only one i found is costing 4000pkr and more because i actually have to import it so costing is near this or more and 4-5000 pkr for just a shampoo bottle is a little too much imo lol

like there wont really be a big difference honestly if u use this one or other one both contains harsh ingredients yes maybe this shampoo is a little less harsh because other ingredients are less harsh but this ingredient is like still very harsh and wont make a very big difference whatever we use this or another shampoo that contains sulphate

I would suggest go to a dermatologist as well. Check your diet if it has enough vitamins and minerals. Along with this a sulphate free shampoo should help

Brother conditioner helps lock in hydration and as every hair is different I cannot gurantee with OGX but personally my experience was really good
