2:58 was a insurance job. He was waiting for him
Time to sit down and watch DCOA's latest 'Why Cars Were A Mistake' compilation.
Yeah this is probably one of your more worse off dash cam videos in the sense that the accidents were so much more intense. The trucks, the rollovers. Wild
3:50 that was absolutely brutal (actually, the whole video is lol). I feel bad for the passenger.
Yeah. And why didn't the airbags deploy?
@@doctorbohr1585 it's an mg
Yes, the way people drive, I think they forget that crashes hurt
@@richardsamuelgustavo tru dat
The curtain airbags should’ve gone off MG!!
S class merc had to be looking for an insurance claim
Given old mate HC plate brake checking the DC vehicle i bet the DC vehicle gave him a load of horn when he pulled onto the road in front of him. DC clearly in the right but i bet that situation escalated by the meeting of 2 hot heads
nah.. just a road rage idiot; the cammer probably hit the horn and/or high beam, as the hire car driver brake checked, before the cammer passed him and cammer didn't back off when HC1976 cut in..
Nah, he's just an entitled douchebag. Pulls out into the road barely moving in front of other traffic, brake-checks when he presumably gets honked at, then, to top it off, tries cutting off the driver again, because how dare another motorist have a reaction to their abhorrent driving skills.
@@msjp81 If someone blowing their horn at you makes you lose your shit, you are the psycho.
@@msjp81 thats exactly what happened no doubt but dont get why you say 2 hotheads. cammer had every right to use horn no??
2:56 ol mate was probably still looking at their phone after taking off.
6:34 Perfect result! No innocents involved.
Love/hate watching your videos when I'm at work! They keep you glued to the screen so you can't do anything else. Thanks for sharing!
whilst driving, right?
11:24 that truckie did so well to manage to not only just clip that 4x4 but also drive safely into the paddock off the road away from incoming traffic. Bravo.
Did you see his right steer at the end? He couldn't NOT turn that way
Typical f🙄🤬king car driver
The classic "Here I go, good luck everybody else" compilation
11:49 -- oooohhhh!!! A Jaguar e-type....
0:36 that dude realising the guy down the road is the dude he hit 😂
"Oh. Sorry mate. Didn't see you."
LOL. @1:27 (someone cruses in French) (Aussie guy replies "Fuck oath!").
There's an alarming number of these that would be non-events if the cam car was driving defensively.
I still don't understand the mentality of flooring it as soon as a light turns green. Like sure, anticipate the green, prepare to go, but look around before going like any other intersection. Damn muppets and their Kellogg box drivers licenses.
I tend to take off faster than most people (they are dopey), but I always look.
Surprisingly the same number of these would be non-events if the at-fault person was paying attention and/or obeyed the rules.
Go figure
7:01 dibs on the hubcap
0:35 Regardless weather or not the motor cyclist was speeding 0:35, I was impressed by the ute drivers concern for the state of his urban warrior machine while the hapless rider crawled around on the road with some likely serious injuries, Ahh , Human compassion at its best
Yeah, I noticed that and thought WTF!
Shock
I'm thinking he got out to see what the bang on the left side was, then seeing the bike sticking out turned around & probably said those oft repeated words, (that I heard many times from people who ran into my 'invisible' car*), _"Sorry mate, didn't see you."_
* A silver grey metallic 4WD Corolla wagon that was traded in about 20 years ago. (When I'm on my bike, I just assume I'm invisible, & all the cars are trying to kill me.)
Ute drivers tend to lack basic human empathy, or any morals at all in my experience. Only driven by bogans who care for no one but themselves.
95% of these crashes could have easily been prevented with a little common sense and patience
This one was remarkable in that nearly all of them looked as though brain was disengaged. Is it an accident when you just don't look?
11:51 jag e-type just not having any of our riff-raff on his way to tea and crumpets
I do love the old trick of putting a bunch of Silent videos at the start so I keep turning my volume up thinking something is wrong, then putting a loud bang in so I blow out my ear drums and headphones, its much appreciated.
You must be new here.
Who keeps turning up their volume when there is no audio though? That's on you.
@@bleepbloopblahp no doubt, problem is have too mandy devices controlling volumes, between DACs/AMPs, windows and then the browsers, got to check all the things
Ouch. I was winded just looking at some of these hits
Bet you weren't.
6:30.... Just wow. Double-B drifto!... Also 11:10. MILES of flat and 10000% unimpeded view - lets turn infront of a truck!!! ( im sure i can see the curvature of the earth)
What you're seeing there is the only downside of modern automotive safety systems. Back in the day, Darwin's law would have cleansed these morons from the gene pool. NOW, they go on to breed and have baby morons, and they breed grand morons, etc.
Those cam owners who don't stop to tell crash victims that they have video footage really piss me off.
Speechless.
Too many victims of others' incompetence, inattention or stupidity.
0:30 oh no my car!
Shock probably blanked him even "seeing" the motorcyclist at the front of his vehicle...he would be expecting the biker to be with his bike.
As soon as he couldn't see the biker with the bike...he spun around looking for the rider....
1:20 definitely was blinded by the sun
That was the excuse the truck driver who rolled the school bus over a few weeks ago used. All for the sake of having a pair of $5 sunnies in the glove box.
If you can't see what's in front of you, slow down. Don't hit someone at full pelt and then cry it's not your fault.
Fantastic compilation once again, no stupid sounds or edits! just pure clips.
I just can't fathom the stupidity of someone just casually turning in front of a clearly visible oncoming vehicle that clearly doesn't have enough time to make it yet doing it anyway. (main culprit 11:09)
That massive transport vehicle was obviously too big to be visible.
In the Netherlands , in a certain locality , they experimented with removing all traffic lights and right-of-way signs.
The number of accidents dropped drastically. Drivers stopped making assumptions and started driving carefully.
It's the "Steel Spike Paradigm" : If you want drivers to drive carefully , mandate that all vehicles have a sharpened steel spike mounted just in front of the driver's forehead.
Yes, removing all lights and signs makes sense where drivers ignore them anyway
@@traj7196 It had a more important effect. it removed perceived certainty and made drivers think and check before proceeding.
It won't do anything for those that ignore signs
2:47 the way that ute drags that other poor car at the giveway sign into the crash as well lmao
This video reminds me of two things, 1. how confusing the driving on the left side is, if you are from a driving on the right country (even though i've been to Australia before and was driving there over 5000 km), 2. how fucking beautiful this country is and how much I miss it
I would have thought, having driven more than 5000 km on our roads, that watching this video would remind you of one thing only...how fucking lucky you are to still be alive!!! (Glad you liked it here...come back again sometime)! 🇦🇺👍🤣👍🇦🇺
11:12 "At this point, I decided just to keep driving .. off into the red wastelands .. I had enough of humanity .. "
7:06 why??!??! What are you trying to prove?!?!
That person would appear to be fed up with Mercedes drivers lololol
mate couldn't afford to pay off his s-class so he went for the scam attempt, mystery solved
Trying to prove they're king of the road, apparently.
6:12 to that dude in the camera car, I want to tip my hat to you. As soon as I heard those tunes, I had to Shazam them. And now I have discovered a band I have fallen in love with. Thank you kind sir for your impeccable taste in music, and unwittingly sharing it!

@@TonyHamlyn I have been binging their early stuff the last couple days….magic!

This was a brutal compilation. Many were avoidable too.
Spectacular!
11:50 *_"Nice red Jaguar E-Type"_*
14:30 At first I thought that beautiful Delica was going to get it, then the relief came when it was another car entirely 😂
Absolutely shocking the number of drivers I see on the road at night without their lights on - not surprised to see one caused an accident in this video. Also incredible is the number of drivers who seem to think putting on their indicator gives them right of way. Frightening stuff.
That was the most intense 15mins ever
That's what she said.
@doctorbohr1585 you got me good there mate 👏👍
There is nothing quite like this channel that makes me want to hand my license into the RTA and tell them that there are too many feckin' idiots on the road and I want no part of it.
Just feel like all trucks should have mandatory side cameras that show the road on their dashboards so they can actually see if any cars are next to them before they just indicate and switch lanes.
4:50 LMAO. Sees it comming, does nothing until it is too late. 😂
It’s always to late, Roos jump at you at the last second, by the time you see the roo, it’s to late.
@@IcanbePsycho You can hear him saying something like "look at him go", without doing anything about it. Only when it jumped in front of him, he stzarted braking. I mean, it does not take a genious to realise what could happen and to brake just in case...
ALWAYS slow down when you see kangaroos or emus running beside the road next to you, because they WILL jump out in front if you.
We had a camper trailer approx 2 tonnes and it was a gravel road, we were fully flat on the brakes but ABS was stopping us from braking faster and we were doing safe speed of approx 40kms
1:00 you can see the expression of the person behind the approaching car. Completely deadpan, like a mindless creature. Its like they didn't even think about breaking, just that their fate was to crash into the trailer.
Methinks the driver of the car was blinded by the low sun...and never even "saw" the stopped trailer and it's tow vehicle....
especially when you see the front view from the DC vehicle where I can't see shit either...(Django Unchained reference)
In Timaru NZ there is a pedestrian crossing on main street which on a certain day in August, has the angle of the sun exactly right to promote wipeouts of cars and pedestrians at 4pm....
You can set your watch by it.
13:22 I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to pit someone either, lol
4:05 is the definition of play stupid games, win stupid prizes
Thanking all the drivers who pull over safely after the incident to check others..👍
Thanks! Im gonna have nightmares now. 😱
A piece of Aussie slang I heard on a comedy routine once, seems appropriate here: "Deadshits"
13:06 is the definition of frazzled, beeps horn out of pure reaction and panic
:36 Driver checks on his vehicle before the biker, great person.
So many completely avoidable crashes. The rear facing cam looks more and more important to have.
The best part of the whole compilation is seeing that e-type at 11:50!
