Goldens are the best. I’ve had several over the years and each one was an affectionate, loyal, cuddly goofball. Perfect family dogs too. Every child always had a couple Goldens watching over them as they grew up.
The last two had to be put down early because of the spleen cancer common to the breed. Stuck with mutts after that. It was too heartbreaking.
