  • This guided practice is based on the Alexander Technique.
    It's mindfulness with body awareness; embodied mindfulness is a good way to describe it. Some teachers call it Active Rest and some simply semi-supine practice, because you'll be lying in the semi supine position.

    Very relaxing and soothing. As someone who tends to live in a state of being "clenched up" in my jaw, neck and, recently, stomach (gripping) this is a very helpful practice. Thank you.
