Guys, I recently moved from New York to France and it occurred to me that the two cities offer such a different type of apartments that I had to talk about the difference and give you guys a tour of my new apartment in France. Let me just give you a little spoiler, it is gorgeous!

@@nathalienurse3336 Funny >.< tho in reality it's really a nightmare lol. In New York I lived in borderline Williamsburg Greenpoint, and we used to have huge waterbugs, which I didn't know what they were. They poop a bit like rats and for the first couple of months, I thought we had rats in our apartment and turns out it was the waterbugs who left their sh*t everywhere. Then yes, rats were more on the streets...

Marseille is such a great city and is affordable and beautiful. I never understand why folks tend to focus on Paris. More Marseille for us lucky folks. By the way, your weekly or monthly metro pass works on the RTM ferry at le Vieux Port. It is so nice to hop on the ferry on a super hot day. Ceiling fans and AC are rare so be prepared for the heat. Bonne journée!
I think it’s because it’s the capital and there’s so much on Paris like the movie midnight in Paris and songs about it

Hey Tanya, I get it I talked alot. Honestly it's not a huge place, it's only 53m2 so most of it is already shown in the intro. I ended up talking a lot coz it was the things I learnt as I was searching and renting this apartment. Sorry for the disappointment!! If anything, I did make a second video of the apt. Thank you anyways!!

I’m from the US too, I’m going to Paris for grad school. Where’d you go to find your apt? It’s been hard for me to find a reliable company or agency
So sorry for the late reply. I initially searched on leboncoin.fr then I met my agent who specializes in sublet using his own platform called izihome. They are about to expand to Paris as well so look them up🤍

Hey Beach Girl, I get that quite often for this and honestly I just wanted to layout some details to help if there's anybody who might be in need of this kind of information. And spoiler alert, the apartment is not huge, it's only 53m2 so I think that's why I ended up talking more than talking.
