Between this video and his top 20 epics from a year ago I have 16 of these epics. Royal Guard, Skullcrusher, Zargala, Steelskull, Skullcrown, Sinesha, Stag Knight, Tuhak, High Khatun, Doompriest, Seeker, Husk, Lua, Nazana, Tallia, and Rock Breaker.

Hey man! I have a tip for a video Im looking for but havent found - What champions can you skip if you have a better one. For example, I have Tyrant i dont need Ultimate Galek then. Of course when we talk about Tag team arena and Faction wars you might need but im talking about generally. This is why im hoarding food champs ready to 60 cause I want it to matter.
Yes, that would be a great video. One example - Ultimate Galek - do I really need to book and use him for Spider if I have Drexthar Bloodtwin?

AOE decrease accuracy has been a tragically underrated ability. Its puzzling how so many smart people totally overlooked it.
Lord Champfort carried me through dungeons, way underrated for this too

Glad to see Husk finally getting some attention. Pulled him on main a while back and kinda slept till I realized "Wait, he has a similar skill to Coldheart and Royal Guard I see all the time". Wish they would buff him a little (little more damage on the slam, higher stun chance, something) but solid enough if you don't have the others.
Tayrel ended up massively turning my main account around. Replaced Sepulcher with him for CB in my CA team (the better consistency of 2 hit 50% over 60% 1 hit made a big difference) and because it's CA I'm not bothered as much if I get that last one booked since he spams his A1 on counterattacks and it hits harder than his A1's 2 hits combined. Pretty solidly 3 key nightmare now and we don't have UNM open. And he took my "managing to stay in Silver 2-3 after the fix" team - a small tweak to my Kymar I can press auto in most matches I choose up in gold III now, and almost at Gold 4 in a matter of days without the A2 and 3 booked fully. I've spent months stuck on "get 2 GH bonuses to level 6", in a matter of days I've gotten the one from 5-6 and tonight likely the next to 5 and shouldn't be as hard to get to 6, maybe a week if things go as they have been (though after that instead of worrying about saving for the get to 7/8/9/10 progress missions - I'm gonna start fixing the fact that aside from 2's and 3's in accuracy the rest of the GH is at 1's......).
Sepulcher - Fused her on my main (and then pulled a second I haven't really built yet), basically carried my 'beached whale' CB team with her passive and all.
Stag Knight - got lucky on my F2P to pull one (main had it from BP) - even without books his stats alone let him do work. Still part of my CB team at the moment and several other teams - really only Arena I've replaced him in.
Zargala and Royal Guard - On the one hand, I was glad to pull them on my F2P. On the other hand - I pulled them on my F2P, which has basically 0 ability to book them (even my main isn't high enough in 3v3, and well, only taking on Normal CB so low odds there if any). But they still do work at least without them.
I had already booked out miscreated and Madame before this guide. Just praying for man eater 😀 thx Mr H

"4 turns not 3 turns" on seer made me question life it's self
I got stag knight about a week ago, I threw 6 books on him to see where I would land... ALL 6 went to his A2. I got really lucky on that. Now he goes before my Kael, and they destroy a lot of good teams.
I pulled Miscreated Monster rather early and boy is he a freak of a champ. Singlehandedly carried me through a bunch of dungeon-levels!
Same! Pulled him 35 days in and he's been amazing. Got deacon and psylar too
I have 4 of these. All already 6 starred and on their way to full books! As a FTP 8 months in with only 1 leggo (log-in reward), good epics are CRITICAL to my game.
Not got many of these epics after a solid year on Raid as i am low spender. I was unimpressed with Husk even with stun kit on so maybe books could up his utility. I need my Tayrel up to 60 for nightmare clan boss so glad he does not need full books. Great overall video as per usual. Psylar is on my radar to go 60 after Tayrel.

Well great Hell Hades now I needs like 100 more epic books as I have 7 of these champs that I haven't thrown even one book into yet haha!
One comment: When you make these lists, you should write the faction next to the champ name. Watching HH hunt through factions looking for champs is a joy as old as time itself, but it might save you a bit of work while shooting the video. Love the content, keep it up!
Question: I have a maxed out Miscreated, and just recently pulled a dupe... Should I use it as a book, as food, or as a second champ (for 3v3 and maybe dungeons?)? Dunno which would be the best use....
HH,is it possible to do a unkillable cb with a tower and maneater ? Can't find a guide .thx
I've got Aothar as my only reliable poisoner - is he worth booking further to decrease cooldown on his A2 (which puts 4x 5% poison for 2 turns)? Or should I quit on him and save books for other champs? I have Gravechill Killer and Frozen Banshee as rares who might be able to take over this job for Clan Boss, but they're too squishy right now to even fight in Hard mode.

Seeker was my very first epic pull. freakin awesome imo
Miscreated Monster feels like a legendary masquerading as an Epic; he hits hard, provides shields while stunning enemies, and has a massive self-heal while putting out an ally protect. I booked him as soon as I was lucky enough to pull him and he's helped push my Spider team to lvl 19, my Ice Golem team to auto runs on lvl 20, and he's been invaluable in Faction Wars and Doom Tower. He also puts in work in the area too. Absolutely love him.
Another champ that is around Psylar level is Basher with his A2. Booked down to a 3 turn cooldown he stops waves in dungeons and champs in arena from using any of their debuff OR buff moves. The only downside is that it does not work on bosses like Psylar's decrease accuracy does. But as a CC champ to make it through waves he is top tier, forcing all enemies to use just their A1s the whole battle; just wish he were not quite so squishy.
Is the buffed alika any good investing book and time? Ty

Jim Sterrett she is very hard to gear to get max out of her + her a3 only has 75% so if you go for speed runs she is not consistent enough , for progression though in general, amazing

Sandlashed survivor as well is a good champ to book. Her a2 paired with sepulcher sentinel is a great tandem

drop acc from psylar is the skill that was vital to maxing Dark Elf fw (without legendaries and revivers). the boss could barely do anything to my team
I was very jealous of you when your FTP account got Maneater :P Btw, as stated by Stew, Dilgol, new Dwarf rare, has a similar kit to Psylar and her reduced ACC.

There are guides out there for Vixix. The consensus opinion is she is not very good, not a worthy Void legend.
Maneater is so awesome. I haven't been able to get his speeds for my unkillable team but he's still my most used champ I think for dungeons, I ran him in arena for a long time, everywhere you go his kit is useful
So, HH, is this list in any particular order? For example, would you want to try to book out Rearguard Sergeant before, say, Stag Knight or Miscreated Monster? Or does it more depend on where you need the help? For example, my Dwarves in Faction Wars definitely need more help, but I also need to progress in Spider and Clan Boss.

Depends on where you need help the most. Both Miscreated Monster (Tank, shield, wave control? Ah yeah) AND Stag-Knight (AOE debuffer!) are S Tier for almost every dungeons in the game. I'd build Rearguard Sergeant last versus these two.
I run two psylars in FW. One in stun and one in relentless. The mops rarely move at all 😁

ABSOLUTELY SKYROCKETED my arena grind. I could barely get into silver arena and would undoubtedly drop all the way to bronze 1 if I missed a single day. But now I'm close to making my gold arena debut for the first time ever and can actually skip arena for a day here and there, and still hold silver when I come back if I've set up my defense
Ultimate Galek, Arbiter, Jareg, Scyl of the Drakes and Stag Knight my spider 20 team. Best run 1:18 with Galek with zero books. I fully booked him recently, same gear on all 5 champions, and I couldn't repeat my score run, I usually go between 1:25-1:50. So absolutely no need for books in certain team compositions, as Stag Knight is tanking and he gets revived, spiderlings never even touch Galek :D
You said seekers really good in cb. Anyone have tips for a team around him?

so what is everyones strategy with books and does it pay off? do you click on the skill then the book or book first then skill or ? curious to see if anyones "methods" actually work
I generally click on as many book as the skill I want to upgrade needs. Sometimes they all go into that one skill, and I don't think it's purely random because it's extremely unlikely to happen randomly, and it has happened multiple times to me and others.
when halloween champions kick in, can you make updated version of faction wars tier list?
Stag Knight is my favorite Epic (of the ones I have). He is MVP on every single team I run in every aspect of Raid. I will happily agree that Stag Knight is worth every book. His Dec Speed on his A1 is so good on basically everything but Dragon and CB

Allure, Skullcrown, Skullcrusher...seems a few are missing here. I'd even throw Jareg into the mix given how good he is in Clan Boss.

I had annoying situation with booking the champ Rockbreaker. All i wanted too book was his passive so he took less damage for the final Faction Boss. Instead rng made sure that it was the last skill to get booked lol.
I booked out my Madame Serris and the 6 books ended up on her A2 and A3. Then I stopped right there. 😊

With Sepulchre Sentinel...was your tier list recently changed for her. Could of sworn that said A1 so for that reason I didn't ascend her so the books would land on A1 easily...

I've got really lucky yesterday, i'm 100% ftp and i've open 2 ancient shards yesterday and i got a Romero and a M. Monster, so now i need to book my monster ....
My favorite champ by far, he Carrie's me through all facets of the game,especially spider, he's an mvp in spider for sure

The second book on Maneaters unkillable was the last book i needed on him. Like on all my other champs 🤔 I'm always getting the crappy skills booked before...

What if one of the doom tower bosses has an unremovable block debuffs plus a cleanse?
he wouldn't need cleanse if he has block debuffs, or do you mean heal, like in spirit keep?

Any amazing debuffer doesn't need book in my opinion (or at least it shouldn't be a priority), because usually they only need to land it once. I'll book my speed buffer instead to get my cycles going if needed.

@@MrProbeNWatch well she worked for me, I didn’t have apothecary and definitely still don’t have Arbiter. So for my speed team, I used Skullcrown as lead, HK, Warmaiden and Angar. This was enough to get me to Gold IV. But this team was either kill or get killed lol
Can you book specific abilitys? I play on mobile and I thought that the skills the books went to was random........
no theyre random but if you hit the best skills you can stop

Hey hell hades. Now you see the power off decrease acc you should have another look at Lord Champfort. He has aoe big decrease acc and acc. Aswell as decrease defence. great in a reflex set. plus 50% hp in dungeons he can solo them all at level 20! he is almost bottom of your tier list....
Well apart from Madame and teyrel I have all of these champs but not really put much time in them, well apart from sepulcher and miscreated monster

She doesnt really need books. A2 4 turn cd is actually better i think. Speed tunes with other 4 turn cd buffs

Dwarves is the only faction I haven't completed in FW and I've never pulled a rearguard sergeant. One of only 3 epics I've never pulled (other 2 are void epics) and I've been playing the game for a year now. Have almost 100 ancients saved up for the next 2x event, so hopefully the rng gods will look favorably upon me.

Had a psylar in a stun set ruin my day once
I have 4 of these, but Spider is my bane. Im on level 18-20 dragon, FK, and Ice Golem but stuck at like 15 Spider :(
High katun: dont feed this champion!....I did very early on lol...but almost a year later I finally got me another one
Tips for epics book..make 3 referral ...muti task them ...at exactly 2 weeks they reach lvl40..hence 6 epics book😂

i literally booked skullcrusher with my first and only f2p epic books, (the first four went into A1 so I didnt have a choice), and then clicked on this video five minutes later. I questioned my entire life.
Nice lol, every one of these that I have I've booked. Except zargala (working on it) and kaiden (havent fused him yet) and husk (not built passed 40) everyone else is maxed. Definitely a solid list.
Steelskull is also great, I run him and never dissapoints me
For damage, Gala is a beast! She nukes tanks like nothing!! And being void, no weak hits! Do you have a guide on her?
