So far the absolute best has been using a powder and putting polygrip 12 hr on top bite down 5-7 minutes and go on about your day 😊😊😊

I got my dentures last month and I can just not get used to them...sigh, I have a sore spot on the top denture and have to go back to the dentist to have him adjust it but I am dragging my feet, I use the seabond sheets and like them, but I haven't learned how to talk properly with dentures either, I am kind of down about the whole situation to be honest.

@omfug7148 it will get better. It absolutely will. I struggled at first. I couldn't wear my lower immediate and the upper looked bad. Here's a tip to help learn how to talk - sing. Sing when you're alone. Sing to the radio when you're in your car so you're singing to random songs. It's hard at first but then it gets better. For the sore spot yes, see the dentist so he can adjust the denture so it doesn't get worse but short term, dab anbesol, oragel, etc, on the denture then put the denture in. I hope this helps. It will get better.
