This is not my reaction to your reaction but more of a question. I’m a believer but not really a practitioner and I’m guilty of remembering Him only when the going gets tough. Do you think He will deny me if I would ask Him now for a favor? You see, my brother was just brought to the hospital this morning because he is Covid +. He is 67 years old with underlying condition that makes him the common casualty of this virus. We were facetiming each other this morning for the longest time because of what normally happens when someone is brought to the hospital for this reason. I hate to think of the inevitable but we all have no control over it except Him. I hope He will spare his life because He really doesn’t need him up there. I hope he would grant me forgiveness too.

I saw a post recently that summed it up perfectly. If you were married but only spent time with your spouse on occasion do you think it would be a good relationship? We have to spend time with God daily.
For your brother, God hears your prayers. Continue to pray. Most importantly share the Gospel with him. His salvation is the most important thing. The great thing about our God is that when we all pass, if we have a relationship with Christ it is not goodbye but I'll see you again soon in Heaven. Not only that, Jesus will be there and we will get to spend all of eternity with Him.

@@gametchanger Hi! It’s me again. I’m writing to you because I would like to share with you the news about my brother. On the day that he was brought to the hospital he could not be admitted because there was no bed available due to the covid surge in my country. So he decided to come back home but he needed someone to monitor him while he was attached to an oxygen machine waiting for his doctor friend to find him a hospital with an available bed. My younger brother was the one who stayed with him the whole time he was home. But that was even a bigger problem because he is immuno-compromised but he stepped in without hesitation to help knowing that he is putting himself in harm’s way in doing so. Finally after 2 days his friend doctor called with the good news, he found a hospital where he was admitted that day. It’s been a week since and he is getting better and better by the day. I just got a text from him earlier today telling me that he is off the respirator. He is just waiting for the doctor’s advice to say that he is covid free and he could go home. I also got a text from my younger brother telling me that his test was negative. That was the longest but not the scariest week of my life because I know there is an intangible someone guiding us through all this. I can’t find the right words to thank you enough for all your kind words and for making me believe that if I ask in prayers I will receive, just have faith. Meanwhile let me just say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
