Hi! This video is very helpful! But I do have a question, what do I do when my Ipad takes a really long time to remove the icloud account, or add it on there? I'm not sure but I think my ipad might be delayed and won't let me really do anything?
If it's older iPad, it might just be the iPad is slow. Other thing to check is that you have a good Wifi or Data connection.

Hello! I have a question. As apple user update and update their operating systems more storage is used. I can only use 4 GB of storage to install apps or take pictures right now because of previous operating system updates. If I reset my ipad will the storage return to its original size or will it still remain 4 gb? I hope you can answer my question, it would mean a lot. Thank you!
If you have lots of photos and videos that take up space, when you reset the device it will delete everything and free up that space. But the amount of storage the iOS update currently takes up will still take up that same amount even with a reset as that storage is needed since its a package that was downloaded onto the device to run that update.
One of the many dreaded iPhone issues.

No, you need your email/password to log back in. If you forgot the password, just reset on Apple ID website

it will ask for your email and password again when you try to set up again and won't be able to set up with the email and password to the account that was signed in

But we dont know the apple id passcode. The ipad was set up with her dad and he’s no help lol we do have access to the ipad. We just fear if we reset it will it be locked without the apple id passcode?

If it's backed up to the iCloud, then no.

you can back it up to your computer if you want to keep your media like photos, videos etc but if you don't want to keep anything you can just do the factory reset

Yes, paid apps are attached to your iCloud account and you can restore your purchased apps without paying again.
what happens if you dont know your apple id though?
You need the password to sign out or else if you reset it, it will be locked and you can't get back to the home screen without that email and password. If you forgot your password, you can just reset it first.
