Gosh, what an amazing build! I personally have learned a lot from what you've shared with us, so thank you for that! Zero surprise that you are already bringing trophies home.
I have no idea how you’re not blowing up. First time viewer. Long time follower moving forward. Keep on killing it while I go rack up some watch time minutes for you.
Amazing job on the truck, I love it and what you did with it, except the dash..lol. You do great work keep it up. I may have to haul mine down for you to do for me!
This truck is sick. Can’t wait to see it. Patina will be cool on the bed. Are you going to powder coat your wheels white? Also as far as the dash goes. I make it out of metal to mimic the old stock style. Maybe get a bead roller and put all the stock dash components into it. Then get an ididit steering column and a custom steering wheel to go with the leather seats.
I just binge watched every episode after stumbling across Ep.01. Crazy how your channel hasn't exploded yet, but with skills like this it's just a matter of time!
Love the content bud! Im building my first build now and learning from many channels. You do great work. Im making video of mine as well. Hopefully i can upload some content in the future. It seems fun. Hope you do great on CZcams and pull in all kinds of followers! God bless
I know I keep saying it, but I'm going to say it again. Fantastic work! I love how the fenders came out. I can't wait to see what you do for the steps / running boards in front of the fenders.
Checking in from Davey, NE. I have a 51 F-3 that I'd love to restomod but I want to see it go 4x4. It must be so fulfilling knowing you have the skills to dive in and do this work yourself.
Nice to see you again dude building your dream truck as it’s in your vision … I think it’ll look more symmetrical if you widen the bed to cabin size which will make the inner rear (R+L) wheels under the bed thus shorten the finder width… this is your channel … your project … I support & respect you & your choice to do as you see fit… best of luck and wishes… See you in the next episode .💐
Let's go hit some shows up! My newest video I dug out my son's 57 1.5 truck. (Same color as yours) been wanting to swap for a while, looking for a good donor. Like what you did. Super Rad! Keep it up man!
Love the build. A couple things I was curious about was the body line on the front side of the fenders, how are you going to make that transition from a hard line to the smooth round new metal? Also are you worried about the heat and soot from the exhaust tip on the front of the passenger side fender? Seems like overtime it could cause some issues Also is it possible to lower the volume down on the music and raise the volume on your speaking during the video. Seems like I am having to crank the speakers up while your explaining things and almost turn them off when the music starts. I more balanced volume level may help! Anyway keep doing your thing and keep up the good work!!!
The front body line on the fenders was basically dissipated out so I just rounded the steel around the front curvature of the fender. I have thought about that a little bit. I guess we will see if anything happens and how it holds up over time. Thanks for the input on the volume. I will definitely try to get that figured out on the next one for sure!
Love your build brother, I’ve been watching the whole way. The volume of music is much higher then the your voice audio which makes is a bit annoying. I gotta adjust my volume all the way through every video…
Just used a old B&W flip over ball center plate. Made my own crossmember supports with 1x3 solid stock for rear support and 3” angle 3/8th thick for front support…won’t have to worry about it being weak 🤣
How hard was it to fit the cab on the d max? It doesn't look like u had to stretch it. I know that they fit on S10 but I figured it would be a lot to get it on the d max.
Actually these cabs work great on a duramax chassis just made some custom cab mounts obviously. The frame rail width worked perfect really, fits right up under the cab like it was meant to be 😉
@@ramzworkz no kidding. I got a 55 dodge dump truck. Thinking about it on a dmax with a ww trailer cut to be stock racks for my horses. Do u have the old fire wall or did u keep the d max to keep ur dash?
I kept the old fire wall had to modify it to move the pedals forward some. Then made brackets for the dash to mount to. You’ll just have to do some measuring, I’m not real familiar with the older dodge trucks
@@ramzworkz man thanks again started looking for a wrecked lbz can't wait to attack it with the grinder and heat. Ant going to like that wiring got me a lil nervous.
Hey I appreciate the concern😅. I’ve been good, just haven’t had a whole lot of time for personal projects lately. Have a 2006 Ford 6.0 power stroke I’m doing a head gasket job on right now in the shop. Also have made a contract with a company to weld together their products. So I’ve been plenty busy lately. Hope to have a video soon 🤞. Trying to build enough content to get a good sized video.
I love that you have brought home three trophies. Shows how well your work is and shows you that you can be proud of your build
I'm impressed. For a young man you have some mad skills. I sure could use you around the house for a few days 😂
Love watching the progress on the build. All I can say is, "Baby got back!" lol
One of my favorite builds on youtube. You do fantastic work. Definitely something to be proud of. I’d build a large cabinet for future trophies 👍
Very good work & if can remember give “US” a nice walk around of truck while it’s outside and on the ground. 🏆🏆🏆👀🌎🔥
That truck is sick can't wait to hear the horsepower and torque numbers keep up the great work.

Man on the way truck is getting animal, really incredible monstrous beast 😊
Excellent 10 bending job on those fenders
Keep it up! Love watching the progress
Loving the build, brother! Watching from down under in South Australia. Keen to see more content. I love the old chev trucks
Man your killing it! Need to think about getting a microphone man. That transition from talking to music is a killer on the ears
Always enjoying the impressive fabrication skills you got. And she is starting to become a awesome truck🙌🙌🙌🙌

Cut the stock fender in two then add the stretch in the middle of the fender. That’s the way I’ve seen it done in the past. It works best that way.
well done ma, looks awesome, great quality to the work and attention to detail.

Awesome!!! I dig yours and Cory Wheats’ truck. One day I want to have my 61 laid out the same

Do you watch Cory and Hannah Wheat? Hannah has a Chevy Viking similar to your GMC.
Yeah I do when I get time. Really dig the Crosley they are putting together!
