    You are correct on most points. But, protein sparing was around long before Lyle McDonald, some of my friends in modeling were doing it in the 1960s-70s. Various diets like Banting, Stillman, Atkins, and others used psmf, just called by different names.

    So chicken breast, shrimp, fish , Turkey breast and egg whites on PSMF days, right? I’ve been Carnivore for 6 months. Native Texan here. Love y’all in the UK!!

    I did this for one day and I lost a pound. I sure missed my fat though. I'll go ahead and do this twice per week.

      I’m ready to try it! Ketovore here for 5 months and frustrated. I’m currently 47% Bf and my coach hasn’t mentioned this. Only 14 pounds down. From Houston, Texas. No IF yet since my coffee has coconut milk and MCT powder in it, and I’m not hungry until 2 PM and eat at seven or 8 PM for dinner and I’m having a hard time eating breakfast and lunch instead. I want to try this new thing! Thanks so much for making it simple to understand.

      @@lauristulce3391 hello! What does 47% BF mean? I think a mistake that many ppl makes is to eat way too much fat and not enough protein. Maybe is worth having a look at your macros.
