@@ArgelTal_ Basic Irish food isn't going to win any awards for presentation but it wins on taste and it definitely feeds you. Same for any European food outside of France. Get yourself over to Dublin, go to the Boxty House and order anything off the boxty list. All traditional fillings, try them and tell me Irish food is bad.
Gordon was so pissed off in the first clip that he forgot whether to push or pull the door
It's actually not that he forgot, but it's that these kitchen doors are usually supposed to be open both ways. The reason for it is: that the waiter or cook passing through with a bunch of plates, food or drinks, needs to be able to push it both ways for a variety of good reasons.

I’m sure that wasn’t the producer’s idea originally, it has to be the editors and then the producers (one of them being Gordon himself) approved it
That probably angered him even more, since kitchen doors are meant to be able to be pushed open both ways. Uf waiters/waitresses are carrying plates and trays, they won't be able to pull open a door, and it could be a hazard.
But still it's hilarious to see him walk into a door like that-

I firmly believe Joe Nagy is in the top 3 most tone deaf owners in this series. He’s like “that micro-carrot is a garnish, it’s not to be eaten. Don’t give it to me, I don’t want it. You don’t hand me raw food in my restaurant”. Ok, if you don’t want it then why would you expect a customer to want it? If you don’t want to be handed raw food in your dining room, don’t send raw food to the dining room. How hard of a concept is that?

What about before?? To me it looks like they have never been inspected. I work in a Restaurant in Gemany and we are shit scared of the Health and Hygene inspectors. Even when everything is fine they will always look for something.
