She left him half-naked in the parking lot and left who does that, she didn't want the boy anyway, bless his soul, she is guilty too. If you hire a baby sitter and the baby sitter does this how are you responsible? A prosecutor would have to PROVE you told the baby sitter to do that. I highly doubt the mother told her boyfriend to do that!
Is that baby barefooted standing in the street while she drove off leaving him with a man she only dating 4 months? So what did the neglectful mom get?

Never leave your child alone with these people. They are not the parent. Knowing them 4-5 months makes them a stranger. Children from outside relationships are at high risk for danger.

Honestly though I think her having to live the rest of her life knowing what she did is the worst punishment of all. I would not be able to live a normal life with that guilt.

He took about 80-90 years of life away from that child, that's how long he should be locked up!😠😠🤬

Im kind of torn on this one. I know its hard to tell on a camera if grief is real but theylook like crocodile tears. Maybe she is still in shock. Howver I will say as a father of twin boys when they were that young I had major anxiety all thw time about them . Me and my wife was constantly checking ln them in the crib very night. And we didnt leave them with ANYONE else, not even my mother. Rip to the little soul.
