5 years ago I was looking how to build one and they werent good and bad designs. But after 5 years this finally is compact and good looking

well uh most of the boys tutorials are on their survival server which has like a hundred industrial farms for every item imaginable,
or yk just go in to creative give themselves the items snd then /gamemode survival
These are easy materials to get if you put enough time in your world

If you are pressing the button and the lift not going down check if any extra block(s) is/are attached to the moving circuit, for example a stone or dirt.

@@Abdullah._.m07 I did the same mistake while making it and couldn't find a solution. so I did this, "REPEAT WHOLE VIDEO AGAIN" LMAO, For real, I just repeated whole build just so I could find the mistake and once I finished, It worked properly.

I went through some struggles and raging, but this works absolutely nice. I love it
Tip: you can use stone walls with a trapdoor and a scaffolding on a trapdoor instead of a noteblock/observer chain, much cheaper and a little faster
care to elaborate more?
@@DomyTheMad420 If you place 3 stone wall pillars in a line and put a trapdoor at the top facing into the middle pillar, once you close the trapdoor it should make the whole middle pillar look like the ones next to it instantly, and by hooking up an observer looking into the bottom of the middle pillar you can detect that change, sending the elevator upwards.
And with scaffolding:
Place a solid block, a trapdoor on one side (top type trapdoor, placed on the block). Then place one scaffolding on the solid block and a collumn starting on the trapdoor, and lastly an observer looking at the highest scaffolding. Once you open the trapdoor the observer will detect that change because the connection of the scaffolding changes from the trapdoor to the solid block. This isn't an instant detection but is still fast
or just use redstone and observers. I mean its only planks but still.

I need some help though, I was trying to fill in the walls around the elevator (as I built it above ground) and placed a block that stopped my elevator in between floors, I don`t know how to restart the mechanism. Curious about this too..just built mine 6x higher. So pretty disappointing when I got to the bottom and it didn't end with a note block. What did you guys figure out

I finally got the elavator tutorial .....It sometimes feel like I m making NASA space rocket ...but after watching this its very simple(I mean very simple)
You can also put a solid block between the observer and the noteblock in the noteblock-obserwer-tower to save materlals
I followed every single step for this elevator tutorial and it works perfectly! (build in java 1.19)

@@keshav0940 It might be the server. Some servers having district redstone options. Otherwise, check if you build everything correct. It can be happen to build 1 or 2 blocks on the wrong position like it happend to me xD
@@mr.popeye6606 just tried on Minecraft ps5 (think that’s bedrock) nothing happened. Low-key may have misplaced something but just want to be sure it does work on bedrock edition, need help guys😂
I can confirm that this works in java edition in 1.24, It’s certainly very well made too.

Note: This “NOTE” block doesn’t activate in Bedrock or Pocket Edition. So rather you have to make a different type of elevator door instead.

Wow this is awsome, you guys realy just make the best tutorials for Minecraft.
The tutorials are basically just stealing other Redstone builds from other creators like Gnembon, Ilmango and Kwipla. Shulkercraft is the reason these creators stop uploading tutorials, because it's not worth making it when thieves like Sulkercraft keeps stealing them.
After I saw the items I needed, I immediately exited the video😃

If you put a obsidian above and underneath a regular piston facing out (back of the pistol towards the slime blocks) u can by having the piston stop the elevator and then extract/power the piston to make the machine able to move again, then just have an option of choosing to go up or down which might be a little difficult with this specific version of machine, I built an own design myself. Tho the down side of all of this is that there is going to be a ton more redstone needed (compared to how much there is currently in this build) which I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s worth it. But if you really want a multiple floor elevator there is videos on that, let me know if you want a link to it

the thing is, they never explained how the redstone works like how each components perform the job to make the elevator. They just show you how to make it and never explained at all
cant you change the noteblocks/observers with walls? so it is quicker
that's kinda big, a good alternative i use is pistons slimeblocks and redstone blocks.

if you're having troubles with falling through the floor, put a minecart inside. make sure to remove the track.
only use it when going up though. if you use it going down you could suffocate in the ceiling.

What do u do if u end up with a noteblock as the last block insted of observer when u adjusting height? When pressing Buttons on top floor note block just gives away a note and nothing happens. Or does it have to do with editions of game? /creative mode/survival?
