    Not saying there is no diff I am sure there is but also - The Kid just got his car and cant drive it as well yet. Guy has stage 1 been driving his car a lot longer time.

      I agree, it definitely impacted the dig races but the roll races are pretty straight forward.

      I wouldn't recommend it. My wrx ran better with the grimmspeed intake on and only running the non SF tunes

      For my WRX, The stage 1 tune had no affect on my fuel economy, still get 27-31 mpg depending on how I drive.

    hey man idk if you’ll see this comment but you did the grimmspeed stealth box with the COBB stage 1+ (big sf) and it ran good? I’m reading thousands of things saying you need COBBS intake but some things say grimmspeed works?

      It ran really rich with the big SF tune. With the big SF tune it would misfire once in awhile. I switched to the 91 octane Cobb OTS tune for a stock intake and had no issues. Car ran perfect no misfires or feedback knock. AFR was at 11:1-11.3

      Exactly what I was thinking. They're sensitive cars. Right parts right tune = no problems. I'm a first time wrx owner and every time I want to do something to it I email the company and cobb to see if it's a problem. Here soon I'll need a protune but shit ppl. U wonder why ur shit breaks

      @@dysfunctionalveteran2510 100%. I’ve been stage 2 for almost 2 years without a issue. It’s very important to not use the ots map, if the parts are not identical. I went with Bren tuning and I’ve never looked back. Oil change at 3k, plus longevity mods and you won’t have any problems.

      I did 60k miles on my wrx with a Cobb OTS tune. Never had issues.

      Stage 1+ definitely helps with the rev hang but does not eliminate it… I think you will need a pro tune for that. Also heard a light weight flywheel and upgraded clutch helps too. It’s not just wrx my buddy has 2010 SI and also has a rev hang, good ole emissions.

    A stage 1 map doesnt not make you pull car lengths on a stock wrx. Driver mod.

      Stock boost levels. 15-16 psi and peak at 22psi

      @@CrownRacingCo gotcha, the cvt ones can actually be decently quick on stage 1 as well, virtually getting rid of shifting allows for a lot more time accelerating, only downside is praying that CVT can handle any sort of torque/hp increase beyond stage 1

      I’m happy with it. Cheaper price, easy install, sounds amazing. And my IAT stay pretty close to ambient temperatures ( approx +10F worse case)

      Yes the Cobb OTS tune really cleans up the throttle feel and definitely wakes the car up after 4K RPM. I say it’s worth the money

      First mod You should do is access-port. Then I’d definitely go j-pipe and tmic along with e30 e-tune or pro tune if you can. That’s all you need for these cars. If you wanna get a little crazy you can buy a flex fuel sensor kit along with fuel pump then go flex tune. That’ll put you around 360-380whp easy with just j-pipe, tmic, and e85 along with tuning.

      Both the sti and the wrx are relatively slow lol. A fa20 wrx with an accessport and the free stage 1 tune makes it just as fast if not a tad bit faster than a sti 😂. No bolt ons required. I am Not sure what your talking about.

      I have a ej207 swapped 03 bugeye that could take a stock 2015+. That's a little telling...
