- Fitch and Moody’s are upgrading their rating on France this evening, one month after the country released pretty bad numbers for its 2023 deficit.
Could this put an end to the ‘no tax increase’ mantra of Macron’s government and what could be the consequences of a downgrade? Bloomberg's Caroline Connan reports.
