Jake might know his stuff
Sometimes i forget how much of a baseball guy jake is... Dude knows ball and knows how to make it funny
[random AB between 2 players with -0.5 WAR]
jake: OHHHH YESSSS MY GODDDDD 🥵🥵🥵👹👹👹👹
I could watch Jake play this for hours
I need a compilation of every time Joez angirly yells "GOD" or "WHAT" in a video, gets me every time lmao
Jake is great as always. He’s my favorite
Imagine watching this video in public, full volume…. Just to hear Jake’s sounds at the beginning of every one 😅
It was making me laugh every time. Jolly's reactions to Jake was priceless, too
Jolly has GOT to stop giving the players’ his wrong answers. You’re a HOST Jolly
Jake is just pure electricity in every video he's in, even moreso here
Baseball video games have taught me that sliders move horizontally, so seeing sliders have downward movement breaks my brain.
bbd's hatred of sliders is unmatched
Watching somebody who watch’s baseball as a profession not recognize the difference between these pitches is borderline painful. Jake is the MVP of these videos.
you guys should stick jake in a room for a full work day and make him guess pitches. that was incredible to watch
Wow that was impressive by Jake. This is the first Jomboy game where I feel like I got my ass kicked while guessing along and Jake just crushed it.
For videos with videos you can't do the normal jump cuts, it makes it impossible for the viewer to see the pitch, audio pauses are better than not seeing the pitch
Neverauskas came up for a cup of coffee for the Pirates. Currently the only Lithuanian born player to ever play in MLB.
goddamn Jake knows ball
I feel like the first one might be wrong, or at least too difficult to tell.
That pitcher is Matt Hall from the 2020 Red Sox, and the scouting report on him says his FF is 89-92 with slight sinking action, and he also throws a mid-80s FC. That pitch was 87 and appeared to have more cut than sink, at least to my eye. Regardless, 87 is right between the ranges of his pitches. It's certainly plausible that he took something off his FF, but it doesn't look like it sinks at all. Also, throwing that pitch to the outside corner like that, it would make more sense to throw a cutter to backdoor the hitter than a "sinker" that would fall out of the zone (the catcher spotted low and away before the pitch).
Love the vids!
Jake taught pitching ninja what baseball is
New favorite thing ever just dropped
Jake got Jolly got more than a few times.
18/20 is an insane start
Watchin' Jolly!
I cannot tell a what the hell a changeup is!? I am pretty decent at picking out sliders vs curves... sinkers tho? NO. What? HELP!?!? They look the same to me half the time! The 'Changeup' especially, bugs the shit outta' me.
🔥
You should play this where they only get to see the pitch once, and then guess
The real key to this game is knowing how to adjust for the camera angles
You should do a MLB Pickle video
Damn, Jake is good.
looking forward to when they finally figure out that all of the pitches are from 2020
I fear Jake might know ball
17:56 sounds just like Jontron
15:28 😂
Anyone else Snug as a bug in a rug right now?
Jake knows ball. Whodathunk?
The editing in this video is driving me crazy. Please have a separate feed for the video and the reaction.
