Marjorie is a great mom, no doubt about it. yung admiration ng mga anak niya sa kanya speaks a lot. ibig sabihin, her children feels heard and loved kaya ganun na lang pagtatanggol/paghanga nila sa nanay nila. Dennis, on the other side, needs to learn how to be silent for his children’s sake. sabi nga ni Julia, it takes a lot to be silent.

Why did your parent separate? I read your mom left your dad when she got involved with politics. She outgrew your dad.
My niece and Julia went to the same elementary school before, since she was a kid she's really very pretty and shy. Gandang natural hindi need ng retoke para umayos ang katawan at mukha. One of the very few actress na totoong maganda, may substance, not insecure, doesn't need validation from other people, may tapang at sariling isip. She was always judged and criticize for being a Barretto. I hope people will see the real her and not judge her because of the issues within her family. I just hope she really finds a true man that will love her unconditionally. She deserve all the blessings and happiness.

Being hurt by someone, particularly someone you love and trust, can cause anger, sadness and confusion. It takes time to heal. You can't just forgive just becuase he's your father.

When she said she felt the sense of security with Gerald, I felt that. Security in the sense that he would never make you feel jealous nor insecure. He would always protect your inner peace, support you in everything; financially, mentally and even more physically. Proud that I have found my Gerald and I feel so damn lucky. Nothing compares. Am i the only one who never doubted Julia's bravery on taking a very challenging role such as in Expensive Candy? I'm not even surprised, i've always seen her to be a strong willed person, and one thing that really made me have this impression of her is that Julia used to be a volleyball varsity player, im an athlete myself and the training and just the whole experience of being in that competitive scene really makes someone very disciplined and strong willed, kaya impressed tlga ako sa kanya, sobrang magaling na actress, soft spoken and very class. I never really doubted her when she took this role I was actually more amazed of her to be honest. Imagine transitioning from demure role to this challenging role, you really need to be good at your craft and be so professional as well. I've only seen the trailer but I've been wowed by it already. Add up the fact that she was also paired with a really good actor and they both have really good on screen chemistry - just bravo 👌
I had never been a fan of Julia before nor a basher, although I was hearing issues about her, but the moment I saw and started watching her vlogs last year, that's when I started liking her because I could feel that she's a real person, plus we can't deny that she's really smart, confident, full of elegance and she has this gentle aura. You can't really judge a person by what others say.

Gerald also was interviewed by Tito Boy and based on both interviews there wasn’t any cheating. He supposedly ghosted Bea after months of fighting. The relationship became toxic so he left and stopped talking to Bea. Bea on the other hand thought that they didn’t break up even though he had left her. If your boyfriend leaves and doesn’t want to talk to you or even fix the relationship then that means, goodbye. Here’s the ultimate truth. The truth is that we don’t know the whole story and that WE ALL LIE. So if we all lie then we too don't have integrity.
Julia is admirable. From supporting local business, savings and on how to handle her money. When she speaks, it has a lot of sense. One very good thing about her is she never replied back to negativities of her father and to her bashers. Look at her face, so serine and beautiful. Maaliwalas, meaning, she has a peace of mind.

What I like about Marjorie’s children, they have solid and harmonious relationship with each other and they are great conversationalist - articulate and sensible.
I can relate with Julia regarding her relationship with her dad actually. You want to try so hard to fix it, but the other person is not willing to change. So you go back and forth, but really it’s only causing more damage than good.
She's gentle and very vivid. At such a young age she's brave enough to go through such pain. And very open what's in her heart.with a beautiful smile on her face she's thought to be "Positive" and "sufficient" girl.

Your kids will always treat you like how you treat them. Growing up, my dad was always indifferent towards us, never really exerting the time and effort to develop a relationship. We still talk but our relationship is diff from how my mom and I are. My dad is not a bad person, but it’s hard to force a relationship when as a kid, it wasn’t there.

Growing up, my brothers and I have also been in the same cycle. Forgive, then hurt again. Forgive, then hurt again. Nakakapagod. Especially now na 2 of us were adults na and have a younger sibling to watch, sobra. That's why I understood when Julia said she just wanted to stop dealing from that cycle muna.
Tama din naman kasi siya. Why always "magulang mo yan", "tatay mo pa din yan,"? Bakit walang boundaries on how a child can also be hurt? Bakit walang boundaries hanggang saan lang kaya magpatawad? Required ba to set aside your fear and anger just to forgive and forget?
We are not in Julia's shoes to judge her for what she went through. What we've seen on social media isn't always what happened. Just leave her alone and let her heal.
