How did you develop a wonderkid that is GK ? Is is better to play it under U23 than to be a cup/backup in the main team ?
play him in your B Team/U23 until he becomes better than the level they play at (at that stage, give him a couple of cup games with your A team if possible), at that point loan him out if he's not good enough to start playing 15-25 games for your A Team. A couple of thing about loans: Make sure to check the team you want to loan him to and only agree to the loan if they don't have a GK that is better than yours, so he gets maximum game time. Only loan players to clubs with at least good or great training facilities. And make sure they play at a level that is suitable to the ability of the player that you want to loan out. Also, keep in mind that Gk's can sometimes develop till they get to 28 years old
