Stayed here before. The food was not great but the drinks service and resort was really nice. I loved waking up to the music at the pool every morning.
I'm just back from here and I think it's amazing the only downsides are 1. The hotel isn't as big as it looks 2. Pools are not very big and 3. It would be good if there was a games room
connor strang agreed the hotel isn't as big as it looks, but the pools are about the same size as most resorts in PV and there is a small games room in the sports bar. Hope you enjoyed.
You get what you pay for, you sound North American so the flight would cost next to nothing & the price you paid would have been very inexpensive, my flight was 12 hours & I don't care about the décor, as long as it has a bed & the sun shines then that's good for me & my fellow Brits. If you want perfection go to a 6 star hotel in Dubai.
Canadian actually, so flights are definitely more than the US, but cheaper than Britain. Guess if your looking for a bed and sunshine there is DEFINITELY cheaper options that will make you happy. Take care.

I like the idea of getting paid! Right now it's a hobby I use when on vacation. Glad you enjoyed it.
I really liked the staff - they were awesome! Hard to go wrong anyplace with sun and a beach right?

Had worst food poisoning at this hotel! Be aware!
That sucks! There were 10 of us there and no problems not related to too much alcohol. Hopefully the rest of your trip was better.
