- This Extremely Large Loft is So Big, it almost feels completely Out-of-place in New York City. Most new york city apartments fit inside this place, and its got multiple floors with a crazy out door patio thats got trees and a garden inside. What blew me away the most was the price, this apartment costs less than most 2 bedrooms, and its a 3 bedroom 3 bath. Unbeatable.

I've been watching Cash's videos so much that when they say "4750" i was shocked it was so low. That would be insane price where I actually live but NYC that seems amazing.

The unit looks very nice, but paying that much in that neighborhood would be a hard pill to swallow. You could get a super nice apartment in Manhattan for 4750. It wouldn't be as big though. This place is only viable with at least 3 roommates living together. But those bedrooms are super small. 7'x13' would have been torture during the pandemic. I can see why it's on the market. But a good choice for a group of 20-somethings fresh out of college.
The reason I watch this daily isn't because of how cute the apartments are, it's because of how HILARIOUS jordan is. Literally naturally the most funniest guy on earth

It's amazing how many people recognize you and you're not even at 1mil subs (not sure why!). Love your commentary on the shops and restaurants near places. And even though I'm not relocating to NYC-though a lot of your places have tempted me to do so-I can't stop watching. :)
Agree with about Cash's description of the neighbourhood especially the food stores/supermarkets, I'm visually impaired I like my food stores/super narkets to be close by so I can use my shopping trolley. The big shopping I buy online and have it delivered, due have this in the US?

I recently moved from a 1 bedroom, walk up on the UWS. The apartment wasn’t regulated, the neighborhood (west of Broadway in the 80s) is nice. The price- 2100. The apartment was not rent regulated. I’ve been watching these videos, and I think his videos show a segment of NYC. Rents are definitely high here, but some of the places are clearly for college students with money or people who have access to money.

For $1600 a month each, 3 people could have an awesome place to live. Would work for me. At least we wouldn't be on top of each other.

The price is definitely decent knowing the price in Bed-Stuy has grown and is still growing over the years. Very spacious with a lot room for creativity. The exposed brick is my favorite part along with that patio. Sidenote not really - Cash loves him some Bed-Stuy, happy to see you in the neighborhood again!

This apartment checks most of the boxes for size, condition and functionality, and it has in-unit laundry and good outdoor space. It seems to offer a lot for the price. My biggest question would be about the location, especially the distance to the train station.
I wish ithey said where in Brooklyn. Location is everything
@@MissCane9 he got off the J train at Gates Ave station & then walked past Howard Marketplace to the south. you'd be able to find the general neighborhood area on Google Maps I guess. Edit: decided to sleuth using house numbers shown, it's 981 Putnam Ave, very close to the stn.

Bob - The house is less than a 5 min walk from the train station and everything is in that area. From Blink, the fire department, cops station, Post Office, T-Moblie and more, that area has almost everything one would need.
@@j134679 Yes, I did some sleuthing as well. It's in Bed-Stuy, which is being gentrified but if you're interested, first check the crime statistics and drive by it at night. Of course, A lot of low income people were priced out of apartments they had lived in for a long time. The dark side of gentrification.

I live in Kansas in an 800 square-foot single home my mortgage is only $513 a month! I watch these videos because I just can’t believe it! Makes me feel so much better that I don’t live there! And I have the space on the street to have a car! Double wide lane! Good luck to all you out there That have to pay these prices

I LOVE THIS LOFT!! It has everything and then some. Sadly, here in NYC $4950 is considered a good price...lol. But every month when I paid the rent, I would have tears running down my face..lol. @@xavierpoes4985 - I did the maths; if 14K a month was split 3 ways, after paying their share of rent they’d still have over 3 grand left each per month. That’s actually quite a lot, especially in Manhattan; but it would go even further in Bed-Sty!
That place would def work for roommates. Of course it's in Brooklyn of course, so that's why. But there should be a hierarchy and whoever gets the biggest bedroom should pay more than the others. Great video as always!
At 1:41 a red brick building with a Mopeds! store on the ground floor is seen. My mother lived in that building until 1949 when she married.

"Shrine to your God"! You haven't used that line for quite some time, Cash! Hmm... I liked this property! For $4800/month and all of the space that you have, and have access to, it's a bargain. I like that "someone" FINALLY got it right--the half bath for the common area rather than a full bath. The full baths are appropriately located in, and near, the bedrooms. I loved those skylights in the upstairs hallway and in that one bedroom. Very nice unit!
A 2.5 (quarter) bath is not a half bath lol
Isn’t a bathroom with a shower a three-quarter bath? Isn’t it counted by water features toilet sink shower tub? So A Half bath would be Sink and toilet?
In regards to your remark about a truck driver "shortage" - there NEVER was a shortage. I have many family and friends who drive trucks. The truth is there are too many drivers but not enough goods. But of course big media does not want you to know the truth.

Big money for a big apartment. I could see two couples living there as it has enough space for privacy. Putnam Ave is in BedStuy and has a lovely residential feel. I walk along there when I visit 🇬🇧
That ladder is for roof access… I’m surprised it’s out in the open like that, my grandmother’s house had it hiding in the back of the bedroom closet. (The lock is for safety so people don’t get inside by climbing up onto the roof).

I don't know what part of Putnam Ave that is, but if it's Bed-Stuy things are looking good. It's a gorgeous apartment. I think it would be ideal for something like a musical troupe or band or some kind of group that works and wants to live together. There's plenty of room for dance rehearsal or theater and that would divide the rent into very manageable fractions.
The kitchen is great and not in everyone's face in the living room.
Cash is funny. Always put his drinks in the fridge. It a nice apartment and has outdoor space too.

A great townhouse! If I had someone to share it with I could even stomach the price. I won't be moving to NYC anytime ever but compared to some of the places you've shown, it checks all the boxes.
FYI: That "little building sitting there doing nothing", is the garage to my church at the corner.
There is "no" sports car in it. We use the space in front of it for community BBQ's etc..
We would love some help sprucing it up and building a sense of community. Any one interested???

Do you think the owner share the back yard? The cat probably belong to the owner. Do you think it would be affordable for your family? Your little girl would love the back yard with some toys in the yard. I would repair that fence if the landlord didn't, because all kids will stick their hand through a fence. Your wife would love the storage space. The kitchen and washer/ dryer.

I live in this exact area in a gut renovated brownstone with very similar layout lol. My rent is much lower since I’ve been holding on to it since 2016.

When you see 7'-wide bedrooms, you know one larger room has been chopped into two smaller rooms. Kinda cramped, IMO.

Hey, Cash, I bought my first Vitaminwater today. Got the lemonade white one. Have to say it’s going to replace the sports drink I normally buy from now on. Love, love, love watching your videos. No way I could ever afford New York. But here in Oklahoma there aren’t any apartments on par with most of your showings. Though, for the asking price of the ones for sale, you could own a large ranch with a mansion in the middle with everything you could ever want. But you’d have to drive 15 miles to town when you wanted take out cause delivery doesn’t exist out here. I know, I’m rambling… But just wanted you to know how much I enjoy your sense of humor and that if Vitaminwater isn’t sponsoring you… They should! Stay safe.
