@@hopelfreyamikaelson9348 I buy so I can pop it out of the box and use it without any thought. It’s tech that is yes, already done but when it’s used it works 90% of the time without any hassle or second thought.
Top of that what is good is really good stuff. I can fault them for locking or lacking features one way or another but it’s a trade off I’m taking. Especially after doing multiple phones and smartphones, I found minimal effort with apple products.

I'm looking forward to testing these. In our experience, most headphones like this work great on mobile phones but not so much on computers. When used for business on applications like Zoom, Ringcentral, etc we've noticed connectivity issues, limited range, and inconsistent voice quality.
Hoping these ones are as good as they look!

They have always been expensive ...but ever since the $999 monitor stand and $699 wheels for the mac pro....they have gotten out of control with their prices.
The AirPods Max are more marketed as HiFi audiophile headphones rather than mainstream ANC headphones like the Sony XM4’s. That’s why they’re priced the way they are. Apple is trying to rebuild it’s reputation of HiFi sound to recover from the Beats incident.

I think they realized they don't have to try. They blatantly do anti consumer things like removing the headphone jack, not including the charger, and making their phones only repairable by them.
