This past year went by kinda slowly for me. It seems like it's been 2016 forever. But on the other hand, Christmas seemed to sneak up on me. Also, my wife reminded me that it's been two years since we had to remove a disruptive individual from our home. "It couldn't have been that long ago," I said. Then she pointed out things that were happening at the time and I realized she was correct. And there you go! It just occurred to me how long I'd spent trying to get a relationship to work with this individual. I know that didn't last for two years. It makes a lot of sense, what you're saying.
Awesome video! I really like the title of the video. This year for me did feel a lot longer than usual. So much has happened! From leaving the police force to winning a phone charger at a Chinese wedding. My dancing skills are on point! Lol Such a good year! I hope you had a good year as well and a good new year. I'm 25, and it feels like time is slowly I just wish for time could go faster, so I could done with college earn a bachleor's and maybe a master's, so I could be a college professor, travel aboard, live in different countries, have a wife, and a son or daughter, and live life.
This is a very good video! This reminds and explains me why I should be trying new things a lot :) Funny how you say to walk a different route everytime, my friend does exactly that. I only do it when I have the time for it.

So basically, the idea to slow down time is to find something new to do as much possible instead of doing the same things over and over again. That would apply in a weekly bases and monthly?
Nice points! I think you should have atleast mentioned how a year is less in proportion to your life though! So when you're 4, a year represents a quarter of your life, compared to when you're 30, when it represents a 30th of your life, so seems less! Nice still 👍.
I thought about including that initially, but further research showed that logic has been debunked. It's more to do with first experiences forms our identities and it's what we remember. People who go on life changing trips for a year remember just as much if not more than someone young.
Positively Brainwashed Oh right really? Well that's promising for the future I guess! Surely it's just maths though and can't be disproven? It's got to atleast be abit of both because I know for a fact that watching a Disney film is far shorter now than what it was at 5 years old? And if anything I remember less of it now due to the lack of interest and experience fewer emotions during it.

Depends how much you want to slow it down. It could be daily, weekly etc. Changing your location for each new activity helps a lot too.

Time doesnt get faster in the moment, you REMEMBER less. The moments are at the same speed.
The video is about subjective time. If you only remember 1 minute of yesterday, from your perspective, time went by quickly.
