    I had the surgery described last Monday and have done this flow every day since. It is quick and easy and I am so grateful to be able to continue my yoga practice during the very early recovery stages! Thank you so much for this, it is so incredibly valuable to me and my recovery.

    I had this surgery due to complications from my cancer meds. Prior to this surgery I’d had a mastectomy then a reconstructive surgery. I haven’t moved my body in 8 months - this felt incredible. I really missed movement! Thank you so much.

    I had a laparoscopic bilateral salpingectomy five days ago. I had a slight complication so the air inside my torso isn't escaping as quickly as normal. I've been looking for ways to try and help myself during this time. Your video has helped me feel more at ease with movement since I've been so uncomfortable. Thanks! :) I'll likely be doing this video ever day for a while! ❤

      If you've been cleared for light movement, it should be okay. Modify as needed!

    When can you start doing this after surgery??

    • @PelvicHealth
      @PelvicHealth  Před rokem

      We recommend checking in with your surgeon for post-recovery information! This can vary person to person, so it's always a good idea to get checked by your surgeon or post op doctor.

      We would advise checking in with your surgeon or MD before starting any exercise post-op!
