Id 🆔 have to to say your vlogs always calm me down 👇. When I'm going through a rough time you Beautiful day of sunshine lift me up & have been for years. My go 2 coffee ❤️☕ 🕊️ is usually always a Maxwell blend with hazelnut creamer & sometimes to spice my daily joy of coffee is with whipped cream & Cinnamon. When I'm out & I go to a coffee shop I do love a good matcha tea ice or Hawt. / CARMel frappe & Americano has been my new 🆕. Always with out a doubt do the new 🆕🪻 💜 🪴 🪺 you 😉. I have noticed changes with my stomach as well. & I eat generally healthy a lot of my stomach issues have a lot to do with anxiety. I changed my rice from whites to wild rice and I gotta tell you, not only is it protein dense but it’s fiber dense. Really helps my stomach!
Maybe you’re having issues because you keep trying to find low calorie options for everything instead of just focusing on eating clean

But also a reminder, the term “clean food” literally means ‘to clean your food’. Let’s switch to the term “healthy” so we don’t glorify some foods over others. ALL foods can fit into a healthy well balanced diet ❤

Have you talked to your GI doc or your primary care doctor about FODMAPS? Sadly a lot of the times, the food intolerances come from regular fruits and veggies, like garlic, cauliflower, coconut etc.
A registered dietitian (NOT A NUTRITIONIST) and a GI doc can help! They’ve helped me with my GI issues. I thought I was lactose sensitive, but turns out a lot of veggies cause me bloating

I developed an egg allergy in my thirties. No one believed the pain I was in until I did allergy testing and it was clear eggs were the issue causing severe stomach cramping, bloating, and gas. I would be curled up in a ball on my bed all day after having eggs. I have since done immunotherapy treatments for the allergy and can now successfully eat eggs again. Good on you for listening to your body and following how you’re feeling. I hope you find answers soon and can feel better! ❤
Hi, Ashley! First off-HUGE fan for many years now. Love your content. I honestly don’t know if I’ve ever commented on a CZcams video, but I couldn’t resist telling you that the first ingredient for the Magic Spoon cereal is “Milk Protein Blend.” I’m not trying to correct you at all, but I did want to tell you in case you were still having tummy troubles on your GF/DF “diet,” since you’re technically still consuming dairy. This is coming from someone with Celiac Disease, so I mean all of the best with my comment. 💖

I've been having similar bloating issues -- I'm lactose intolerant but that doesn't take care of everything. Going to try to eat a little before caffeine and try out the almond butter. Never had it before and didn't realize it was actually good for you
I’ve been having the exact same struggles with my stomach as what you said but I thought it was because of stress but it could also be because of gluten or dairy intolerances. I should try this too!!

There is milk products in the magic spoon cereal (whey powder). Might need to be extra vigilant with where they put milk products. A lot of bbq chips have milk products as well.

Gonna add IBS especially the bloating comes from Caffeine, spicy things, sauce’s because of the onion and then also chicory root which is in magic spoon cereal. I have to avoid all of those because it upsets my stomache. I’d try low fodmap diet first for a couple of weeks to see if anything makes it worse. But you basically avoid all sauces and caffeine so things taste kind of bland but you’ll realize when you reintroduce things a trigger after eating it. Hope it helps!

I used to be bloated all the time but I cut out garlic, onion , dairy and how much hot sauce or spicy foods I eat , and it’s been helping.
Love you Alisha. Have you thought about checking your vitamins levels? With all the supplements you take you could have some high vitamins levels causing you to feel this way but either way hope you feel better.
CORN tortillas are gf and there are reg gf tortillas .. carbs are good for you they give you energy.

Can I ask how it came about? I personally know MULTIPLE people who started suffering from symptoms after taking antibiotics for yeast infections and I’m obviously pro needed medicine but I’m so intrigued by the association

This is just my uneducated comment …seeing the combinations of food you do for lunch and dinner, it makes me wonder if that’s what’s causing the bloating. To my knowledge, combining certain fruits ,vegetables with regular food will cause gases in the stomach which will cause the bloating effect. Just a thought.

This is debunked. Your digestive system (if it’s healthy) can process anything with anything. Sure some people are sensitive to certain vegetables and fruits, but it’s about that sensitivity, not about combining different foods together.

Sure lifestyle factors affect a lot of peoples metabolic health, but it doesn’t mean that their bodies can’t digest. And furthermore food combining still isn’t the cause of bloat, but intolerance to certain foods is.
@@nellivilhelmiina quite frankly , I don’t really care about statistics. They can be made up or just plain wrong. Most people do have gut problems even if they don’t realize it . Even if their dr doesn’t tell them. The medical industry is a business after all. And just because your body can digest , which obviously most human’s can, doesn’t mean it’s a healthy digestive system. It’s like saying as long as you can breath , your lungs are healthy. So yes, food combining can cause fermentation which causes bloating.

Redmond Real Salt is the natural one that is unadulterated. My family finds they need less with it, and it is still pink like himalayan salt, but it has more and hasnt traveled half the world and been stuck on a barge for months to years, or in a warehouse. My wife went through so many restrictive diets over the last twenty years, she got to the point that she could only eat spinach, a few fruits, and bison. She took three nutrition courses in college (2012-2013) and she learned a lot, but it still didnt help. What did help was taking the Viome test. Please look into it. She found out that coffee was her problem. It paralyzes her entire digestive system. Highly, cant not recommend it enough. You do the test in the privacy of your own home and send it off to the lab. You get a huge detail about your gut and what it can support right now. It will change your life for the good.

recently found out i have a gluten allergy! just be careful with packaged or rotisserie chicken as a lot of companies will pump it up with chicken broth (which most likely has gluten)

I’m not saying do macro tracking BUT eggs are phenomenal and nutritious but not actually protein heavy. It’s like 15 grams which is probably 10% of the amount of protein you need for the day.
actually everyone is different . me personally if I have too much protein from my meals I get upset stomach bloated and gassy.
Truff, carbonated drinks and spicy foods in general should be avoided in stomach issues

These video titles are so problematic...bloating is normal by the way... your stomach bloats when you eat. Maybe try correcting your mindset before promoting unhealthy and unrealistic eating habits to your audience
