BLUEBox. If you want it cheesy add some shredded cheddar or mozzarella for some pull action a little mozz-provolone for a more mature palette at the end. I only add butter, i dont use milk.

Ash. Recommendation... Try Cymbiotika's Magnesium it's made so it crosses the blood brain barrier and works much better then doing powder. It's in a liquid form and flavored with a vanilla cream flavor. And then add their sleep product as well I promise it will knock you out in 30 mins and there's NO icky feel in the morning. I have severe panic attacks and these are products that have worked better then anything. Or add the magnesium to Kava and Bedtime teas from the brand yogi. You have to do both tea bags together. I promise you will thank me later. In fact if you take my advice please let me know.

Velveeta!!!! For the exact same reason... blue box is too powdery and thin (yes, I know how to add butter and milk... still too powdery and thin for me lol). Gimme the creamy, thick, delicious Velveeta.
