Lol. To Colin's comment about CJ not facing NFL quality DBs: in his two years as a starter, he faced five of PFF's top ten CB prospects in the 2023 draft, and in those games alone he threw for a total of 2,970 yards and 22 TDs. Further reinforces my suspicion that Colin does not watch sports.
Cant the same thing about Ohio State be said about Alabama. The QB sits behind a greta Oline, With great RB's, throwing to Great wide open WR's & TE's. Plus QB history from Alabama isnt the greatest
Stroud faced the Illinois secondary which was way better than anything in the SEC. He faced Iowa defense loaded with high NFL draft prospects. He faced good defenders, he just had THAT good of an Oline and WR group too.
Colin: sec is so tough, CJ Stroud only does it to big 10 teams... Has his best gane against georgia LOL
ATL has Allgeier a 1000 yrd guy for a significant lower number + Cord. Patterson... would make 0 sense to waste a premium pick for a RB.
Also u can’t go for a back that early unless your a playoff team like Philly.
I was to the point of thinking that after all the garbage pushed on "Stroud" - Carolina would go back to the original script & take him # 1. After watching a recent clip of them going on about "Youngs intangibles etc" I think you can definitely pencil in "Bryce Young" as tonights number # 1 selection tonight to the Carolina Panthers.
To me Bijan Robinson is a Top 10 pick and any team that doesn’t take him they’ll regret it in my opinion

None, but to be fair, neither did one come out of Texas Tech before Mahomes, LSU before Burrow, etc. There are doubts, but school shouldn't be one of them. Each player should be graded on his own.

If Young was 4 inches taller their would be no concern at all, but he’s not. He’s a smaller dude at 5’10 he can’t grow any taller. Panthers have been building that O-Line up to protect him
