Can you help me, I created an account months ago and I simply can't create any form at all, I have tried all support routes with no success! When I click on a template and click 'Use this template', it doesn't do anything, it doesn't go anywhere. If I try to create a form from scratch, it leads to a page with a message saying 'Form not found'

This can be done by integrating your form with Discord using PabblyConnect or Zapier.
