Astor estaba de gira por el Caribe y se entera que su papá falleció. Y cómo no llega al funeral, se encierra solo ( algunos dicen en un avión) otros un cuarto de hotel. No su familia podía interrumpirlo y compone está maravilla de la humanidad. Cada etapa de la obra son los sentimientos q tubo. Bronca, resignación, aceptación y caer en un recuerdo doloroso por no poder abrazarlo
Su hijo atestiguó que lo compuso en la cocina de su casa.

Esta canción tiene varias etapas... cada una describen los sentimientos de Astor al enterarse de la muerte de su padre... primero es la negación... luego la ira y la bronca por la noticia... luego la depresión y el dolor...y por último la resignación y al amor del recuerdo hacia su padre despidiendo a Vicente Nonino... uno de mis tangos preferidos. Musica de Buenos Aires para el mundo.

Sorry, I forgot to tell you that the person playing the bandoneon here is Astor Piazzola... one of our greatest exponents of Argentine tango. He is the author of this and so many other great musical pieces. He wrote this one when his father (Nonino) died. After the funeral, he locked himself in his room with his bandoneon for two days and this is what you are listening to came out. Ah, the bandoneon that Piazzola plays was given to him posthumously by Anibal Troilo. Look for him on CZcams. He is another of the greatest exponents of Tango and Piazzola's teacher.
