I've said plenty of times before, and I'll say it again this government is out of touch with the reality of what the British people are living with. He's essentially an oligarch. He could never understand.
Everyone is meant to register with a GP regardless of whether they go private or not. So much for clarity & integrity.
Yes , if you get treatment at Bupa for mental health unless you get the same diagnosis by the NHS it's discounted, this is the wonderful UK system as it stands
It's scary how racist and xenophobic starmer and the labour party is , the first person of colour that we have as the Prime minister and they are attacking him like vultures he's a victim of white supremacy
@@bonnieandclyde222 Not necessarily because you can apply for shared healthcare whereby your private GP and NHS GP collaborate their records meaning private diagnosis go on your NHS records as well.
Shhh he doesn't want his easily manipulated people to know this
He makes enough money to use private healthcare facilities. I don't know why he felt that he needed to hide it. He still has no idea how few dental practices are accepting NHS registrations. I tried to get my partner registered with any of the dentists in and around Cambridgeshire and it's either 18+months waiting list or not at all. My friends in London can't find one in the entire area either.
@@Tuborgsefu Why should he? He might be lying scumbag politician but private healthcare isn't shameful. I'm not ashamed that I have private healthcare and I'm not even close to making as much money as he is.
There isn’t a functioning nhs dental practice for newbies…more and more people will be seen without teeth..

@@griswald7156 Mine have mostly fallen out during the pandemic. One at a time over the past four years. Livin the soup life.
I lost my nhs dentist place over covid and now 6 months into a 3 year waiting list to get it back. Strangely enough I was able to get a private appointment at the same place within a month.
Lost my dentist too
Many Tories went to private schools, and now use private health care, and are " consultants " for private companies.
How anyone believes they understand the concerns of ordinary folk is beyond me.
They ALWAYS put the interests of the wealthy and privileged first.
Was that his attempt of ‘I’m quite the common person’ with billions in the bank 😂
He should come to Luton for an appointment. No so-called NHS dentists on their websites are accepting new registrations and always push you to pay privately. You will not leave the clinic without forking out at least £250.00 ! Congratulations PM !
Same everywhere. They ruined dentistry years ago.
Same in liverpool

...and in return meaning someone who actually needed the NHS would probably get seen quicker.
The A & Es up and down this country are chocker because of the after effects of pathetic lockdowns (Which Labour voted for !) and the fact lefty Drs will not see patients face to face, so instead they go to A & E.

Millionaire I know complained about having to wait for a hip operation on NHS, I told her to go private. Her response was why should she have to pay for it? She has an NHS dentist too. I haven't managed to register with one for over 12 years! Rishi means test everyone via their NHS number. If I were that rich I would go private. Rishi fund the NHS and do the right thing. Means test everyone via their NI number. After all I've worked 45 years and can't get a dentist but if I float across from France and pretend to be a refugee I'll get to see a GP and dentist in 48 hours. We have to pay for dentist anyway even on the NHS
What a mess the healthcare is in and the tories are certainly not fixing it, but it is getting worse. Absolute shambles.
The dentist issue is so bad its almost unreal that it's going on like this. Private dentists offer so much better treatments that most don't even know exist. It's expensive but it's great. I wish NHS dentists could off the same, but why would it when that would render the private sector obsolete. Just so you know though, private hospital care does NOT mean better treatment. You are dealing with people who are money minded and people van end up getting treatments they didn't necessarily need.
That expensive you wont be able to afford private dentist, people working 40 hours a week relying heavily on food banks, how on earth are they going to be able to afford private dental Bill's, you dont live in the real world.
I was in France last summer, some of my family members got ill. I contacted a local GP, with in an hour I was in his empty surgery, we were examined and was given a prescription; all with in a maximum of 2 hours I received all necessary care we needed. The difference was he charged us £25 per head, the GP gave me all the paper work I needed to claim the money back from the NHS when I returned to the UK, but I did not claim these monies; I didn't feel it was fair as I could afford the £75 it cost.
Should we consider charging £25 per patient to see the GP? If you can't afford it then you should be made to pay and then be able to claim the money back, as in my example. There were 14.3 million missed appointments last year in England only; charging patients would see an end to this pattern.
I went to A&E in France. Waited 1h to be seen by a doctor, everything sorted in less than 2hours
This is my stand,,, however downside is that older more vulnerable ill people would avoid healthcare on account of not having that amount.. I think a more reasonable thing would be to charge 10 quid for missed appointments
Government cannot be trusted with a concession like that. If only it was that simple. They want a US model full stop
Stop being a fool! Do you really believe that you can sort out the problem with 25 quid?
@@superbalaur1297 To a certain degree yes, I know it's not a panacea but consider the £216 million saving; no one would miss a appointment if they had to pay. Then take into account the large account of time wasters that use the GP/NHS for no reason; additional savings. It all about using the NHS only if is necessary, so yes the £25 quid will generate cash and save money, when seeing a bigger picture.
Great story! Rich man doesn’t use NHS 👏 (thus saving the NHS money)
Only now does Sunak say he's registered with a NHS doctor and I bet he hated saying "NHS" like all those other nasty tory MPS.

What's wrong with having private healthcare? If everyone went to govt hospitals then it would really really be packed. If some rich people decide to go to private hospitals, then that would ease the burden on the NHS.
Queue jumpers are not welcome.
No one should be able to pay for better healthcare. Everyone has equal right to health.
@@public.public Yes correct. Anyone who jumps the queue in govt hospitals should be sent to prison. If you can't wait that long, then just go to a private hospital instead.
@@antiwokejohn9501 Lol what kind of a joke is that? Should a Brit like you deserve better healthcare than someone from Burundi or the Congo? There are hardly hospitals there. Why don't you swap places with a guy from Burundi, i.e. the poorest place on the planet.
@@antiwokejohn9501 With your logic, the UK should pay for reparations to all its former colonies and build hospitals in South Asia and Africa and South East Asia as well since their healthcare system is almost non-existent
Why shouldn't Rishi have private health care if he wants it? Its a free country and if he can afford it why not? After all it will take pressure off the NHS. Many successful companies pay for private health care to protect their interests in case key personnel are ill. I would have thought we would all consider the Prime Minister's job to be key and praise Rishi if he decides to pay for his own care to get back to 100% health quicker if he is ill.

Imagine if only 50% of the population was able to access NHS GPs! People wouldn't stand for it, but apparently its okay when it comes to dentists.
I'd honestly rather have a broken arm than a broken tooth.

WEF Installed PM Sunak and his wife are worth over a billion do you think he’s going to join the rest of us sitting in waiting rooms for up to 12 hours to be seen ,no way he’s waiting he’s going to pay and get seen straight away .
He can't really win this one can he. If he says he has private health care then he is accused of being elitist. If he says he doesn't then he'll be accused of using the NHS when he doesn't need to and depriving someone else of a GP appointment. It's nobody's business
I can’t understand the big issue about him using private healthcare? I use private health care, I’m a 26yr old lad from a working class area, not a millionaire or billionaire. It’s not such a big deal. In reality isn’t it a benefit to both the individual and the NHS if people use private health care. The individual doesn’t have to wait a prolonged period for care, and it’s 1 less person adding pressure to the NHS.
