I did too wtf lmaoo. There isn't even any voice acting, it's just some fan animation music and text. But thinking about all the thoughts both of them had. Like when Jiraiya realized by naruto's tears it must mean he died, so he instantly understood naruto's feelings. Man, hit me right in the feels frfr.

Jiraiya sees a tear forming in Narutos eye and instantly realized what it means. But instead of feeling sorry for himself, he apologized to his godson, because he couldn't be there to help him through the hard times. What a GOAT. Still one of the most impactful deaths in anime and one of few to make me cry. Only Vegeta in DBZ hit harder but i was also younger then.
It reminds me of the Boruto episode when Jiraiya realized who Boruto was when Boruto and Sasuke traveled into the future. Jiraiya’s smile before he got his memory wiped confirmed to him that Naruto's future would turn out great.
Jiraiya’s death was much sadder than Vegeta’s. At least in Dragonball, you can be wished back to life with the Dragonball.
@@Theterminato2013 Yeah, but at the time I didn't think about it. Plus, even though I really like Jiraiya, he's not one of my favorite characters in Naruto (probably in the top 10). Vegeta was my favorite anime character at the time, since back then (late 99, my friend downloaded all of DBZ and shared it with me before it was on Toonami) there wasn't many great anime and characters to choose from. So seeing my favorite character die and Piccolo telling him that he's probably not going to come back, since he was a bad guy for most of his life, hit me hard.

The Boruto fan base has an innate hate for Naruto and all the old gen characters (since that’s the only way to actually enjoy Boruto given how it shits on the og characters, it easily attracts all the Naruto haters). So they could not do it even if they wanted to or else the Boruto fans would have lost their minds.

@@0kamar189 It'd Edo Tensei Kashin Koji because he is a different person than JIraya. Keep in mind the scientist who made Kashin Koji even admitted he got the DNA sample of JIraya before he was killed and fell into the ocean due to his final fight with Pein.

Reminds me of xenoverse. Trunks tried to fix the timeline with future gohan but by trunks reaction gohan knew. He knew his fate and would not let trunks change it
Even knowing his fate only wished he was there for Naruto and to see him achieve his dream. In the end is really proud of him. I hope Naruto can actually get that closure.

I loved this so much and wish this was an episode in boruto tbh. I wont lie i cried. Everytime i see things like this and edits i cry. I miss jiraiya so much. Makes me sad he missed so much after he died. The whole anime made me cry ngl,very sad an emotional and thats why i love it. Loved the video so much it was really cute and emotional.

I'm on the road right now holding so many tears right now. Naruto has gone through too much trauma losing so many people that were ever so close to him.
The man who raised me (my grandfather) took his own life after battling the PTSD he got from his time in Vietnam.
It's been 10 years since he left us and I am all grown up now but still,I would have given anything for even a moment.
Not a lot of time but just enough for him to see that his efforts on me weren't wasted,that I am strong now and that he won't have to worry about us anymore because I can be the help us now.
I wish he knew that I forgive him now and that he should let the pain and sadness go and just rest.
