    Coach Bostad looks like he watched how they played the last few years as a Oline unit. They seemed weaker and more timid than our usual Oline. This video showed me a new sense of grit and determination we’ve been missing for a while on this line. Great addition in Coach Bostad and I hope he retires a Badger!

    Braylon just presents as more mature than his years. Articulate and modest. Hope he has a big year. He will if the O-line is ready.

    Can't forget Ron Dayne, who won the Hiesman at RB in 99

    Braelon looking refined as a RB, poised for a BIG year, think he breaks 2k.

    I've been a season tix holder since 1990 and it BOGGLES my mind we still can't recruit a legitimate QB.
    With outstanding O-line and running game year in year out, I would think QB's would be lining up to come to Wisconsin but instead we watch The Buckeys rule the B1G year in year out.
    I'm soooooo tired of it

      I think the main issue is the coaching. We have trouble developing QB'S currently.

      @@Johnmartins648 the Badgers have ALWAYS had difficulty developing QB's, not just currently. It's a very frustrating reality. Mertz was supposed to be the guy. He was the highest ranked recruit in Wisconsin history and unfortunately he is completely mediocre. And as a season tix holder for over 30 years, I'm REALLY sick of it

    I already like Bostad so much more than Rudolph.. He seems smarter, tougher, and just natural. It will be interesting to see how Rudolph does at his new job and see if it’s the system or him. I can’t take anymore boring vanilla offense anymore. Open the playbook and stay physical!

      Expectations too low imo. National chip or bust should be the mentality every year.

      @Nickyy64 Před rokem +1

      That’s not how college ball works. You need to build a program in steps. We need to get back to NY6 bowls and winning them. Natty or bust is a horrible mindset to have overall program success is built over years of consistency.

      @@Nickyy64 they were just in one in 2019 had a 4 year stretch from 2016-19 3 NY6 bowls 3 top 10 finishes 2 NY6 bowl wins down year 8-9 wins.They do need to get back to another NY6 bowl but its already been there done that.Right now we’re comfortable being great, and I’m gonna make sure that everybody in our program, including myself, is very uncomfortable. Because you only grow in life when you’re uncomfortable. So we are going to break through and become an elite program by doing all the little things. Paul Chryst pleaded for Wisconsin to get 1 percent better at everything it does.
      "Can we improve 1 percent in nutrition?” the coach asked on a conference call with reporters this Tuesday. “Can we improve 1 percent in sleep? Can we improve 1 percent in scheme? Can we improve 1 percent in terms of practice, effort, focus in meetings, in taking notes and all those types of things?” Chryst is right, elite teams don’t ignore the little things. They constantly make themselves uncomfortable, arrive to meetings on time, turn off their phones once they get there and take notes not because they have to, but because they want to.
      Because in addition to the little things, what else do elite teams do?
      They make the College Football Playoff.
