12:12 actually it's okay to pop Rokket in hand, because its effect can only be activated if it was destroyed on field

You’re not the only one saying this in the comments, but in the card text it does not say that it needs to be on the field for the effect to be applied 🤔

During the End Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was destroyed on the field by battle or card effect and sent there this turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Rokket" monster from your Deck, except "Exploderokket Dragon".
I've tried destroy it from hand and it doesn't trigger during end phase.

I actually just checked on the internet and I guess I came across an older version of the card where it was not specified that the card needed to be on the field to trigger its effect 🤓
