The balanced body “ecowise” mat is closed cell foam and environmentally friendly (free of latex, PVC and chloride). The thinner, yoga mat is a PVC material
Does it feel tacky? I bought a mat and it feels tacky so I’m returning it. It leaves me with a little bit of a sticky feel on my fingers.
That can happen with certain materials. I really like to test them out by touch if I can before I buy one. Balanced Body makes really solid ones but they are more of an investment, however, on the less expensive side I've found some really good ones at target or TJ Maxx 👍
I tried to order the mat from the site but the cheapest shipping was $60! Whos paying that??
