Hello, what a joy to see your explanations of how the Adler 167 works!!!! I have no knowledge in the field and I just bought an Adler 167-373. I have no documents with the machine. Do you have a digital version of these documents? I could only find the parts list. I can't find the instruction manual...You would be my savior 😉
    Thanks in advance

At 1:10 I didn't have the thread over the notch make sure that you do when threading. Pause at 2:37 to see how to load bobbin.

Thank you for this video. I have this exact machine, Do you by any chance have any tutorials on working with the walking foot for this machine? The walking foot does not move, I have that same chart that you do but not very helpful.

I also have an Adler that goes like a bat out of hell and continues to sew about 6 stitches after removing my foot from the foot petal. I used to make riding chaps for my daughters with it but I felt like I had no control so it’s sat in my basement for about 15 years unused. I want to use it for making bags now but don’t have enough control. I have 50 years sewing experience and want perfection in my constructs. Any ideas on how to achieve this.

Install a servo motor with a synchronizer. You’ll be able to do one stitch at a time and/or super slow stitches. I have one on all three of my machines.
