bullpup rifles are really game changers, specially the introduction of Steyr AUG and Tavor/X95..
you have a compact weapon system that can maneuver well in CQB with a punch of a standard long rifle.

The tavor is heavy because its a full length barrel. People think it would be light because its so short but remember the heaviest part of a rifle is always the barrel.
Why does it use that barrel?
@@1anre the full length barrel allows the round to accelerate for a longer time giving it more range and penetration capabilities

@@1anre 5.56 is heavily reliant on velocity for the bullet to fragment when it hits flesh which creates more damaging wounds than larger 30 caliber bullets. This velocity is not necessary if you are using expanding bullets such as for your rifle at home, but most militaries don't use them. Short barrel rifles are in use in the military, however this role is largely being replaced with blackout. Like the LVC.

So when are you going to talk to elite force or PTS about making an actually good X95 for airsoft ? Make the gun an actual good gun instead of with gimmicks, so no EBB or cutoff features they don't make for a competitive gun. Instead give the gun an actual high end motion sensor based trigger mosfet like the Gate titan or Perun, then make the gun compatible with the MAXX Pro hopup and as many standard v2 or v3 parts as possible , gears, compression and so on. Finally the gun needs a decent battery space, standard should be Titan power 11.1 LiIon 3000 mah. Let's get this started been way too long for this to not be an AEG already.

That would be incredible honestly one of my biggest wishlist guns that still have zero options in airsoft and it always seemed weird that was the case.
I will say the other one we all need is a better vfc mp7 aeg, I mean holy crap it’s only one of the best looking guns in history and still no decent aeg option as of Nov 2023. Take out the cutoff feature, again need a gate titan level mosfet in that gun with a better hopup and no extended follower in the mags. I don’t understand airsoft companies taking unique guns and making them wall hangers instead of usable. If you put weird features in a gun and it doesn’t directly compete with the scorpion evo then simplify the gun and make it more upgradable. ( exactly what KWA did with the TK45 ) they were going to release it with proprietary cut off electronics and recoil, took it back to the drawing board and made it fully v2 compatible, I see tons of people using them. MAXX PRO style hopup, brushless motor and gate titan mosfet should be the standard for features you try to add with any gun that has to be expensive anyway. If it’s cheap you upgrade the gun with those features or hpa it, out of the box expensive should have that stuff already, instead of cut off features that require inferior proprietary electronics and tappet plates that snap after 100 rounds (cough vfc mp7)
I just want to be able to buy better airsoft guns that’s all.
Also for glocks, how come to this day PTS hasn’t made a blowback housing that can convert any standard g17 slide or rmr slide to have the external push button full auto selector ? PTS would sell so many blowback/ hammer assemblies if you could convert any umarex or TM glock to have a full auto cross bolt that replaces the rear plate, especially for existing rmr slides, you already have to use a g18 hammer assembly. Why do I have to suggest it, someone should already be making that.
Oh Greg as someone who recently became obsessed with the VFC glock 17 Gen5 not only do we need the classic cross bolt full auto button for airsoft glocks that replaces the rear plate, but PTS makes the Steel titanium nitride zev barrels for the TM gen 3, however PTS still doesn't make the zev barrels for the VFC glocks and currently no one makes a good aftermarket outer barrel for the VFC glock series. Personally need a threaded and non threaded option for the VFC glock 17 gen 5@@spartan117gw
