People might think idhellam oru vishayama nu but it's the small precise things like this which elevates your overall cooking and makes you confident near the stove 😊
Problem with this method is you cook at 1 temperature, which is too hot for some things like your brown bottom egg. A better approach is to season it with oil about 7 to 10 times. That it's truly nonstick at any temperature and stainless steel rocks!
I do this everytime with my stainless steel, but only becomes non-stick when i wash it - it cleans up really nicely and pretty fast But the eggs are there to stay, they rip apart, but never slide around
when u wash it looses it's stickyness. so fry 3 dosa then use. only after 3 dosa it gets ready which means u need to grease and heat and leave it repeatedly for 3 to 4 times
You can check it once and then will have to maintain the pan temperature at that level. So for example, if you're frying egg, wait for the pan to heat up before frying the second egg.
Very good brooo😆👍🏻 Allahuakbar Laillahaillah Subhanallah Alhamdulillah Allahumma solli ala Sayyidina Muhammad🧡May Allah ease everything for you guys n forgive all of our sins🥰
For egg it is ok..but when u fry fish all will get stuck to the pan.. Or even potato or anything u want to fry with less u cant..u hv to add more oil. Nonstick is better but still health hazard .. Dont eat fried things😞

Aama edhu tamilnadu la first time pakuranga pan fry non stick . Tamil na solra deksa thalaya 😂
😂😊 Pan At above 193°C water will bounce and sizzle.... Fact. It forms instant steam between pan and water... Which consumes heat shielding above water

Pouring more oil causes cholesterol
ia it only good for once and should i be doing that everytime?

I once tried it with a cheap pan and the pan got on fire after too much heat.
It always sticks 😢
This wont work always. Quality of the pan matters as well.
True.

This is dangerous. If the vessel is too hot oil can catch fire.

Oil at dat dat temperature becomes unhealthy to consume
