Ecosystem for Samsung doesn't just stop at those things mentioned. They have smart fridges, microwaves, robot vacuums, washers & dryers... and a ton of other household electronics.
You can manage your electronics materiels with your samsung phone👌
If only their appliances didn’t suck
Yup,Smart thing more complete than other ecosystem
@@vkdrifts792 Their appliances are one of the best.
But that is also available on the iPhone to control Samsung domestic products.
The fact the Pixel is able to compete with these two flagships costing double the price is staggering. Either Google are making a loss on each unit, or the other companies are overcharging.
Hardware wise, google is below. And i guess the hardware cost more.
the cost of development of a iphone is around 500 and they have a margin of over 50% so theres your answer
Probably a bit of both...
Or they’re selling even more of your data than the other two.

I used the s-pen constantly on my Note 20 Ultra. Most of the time I used it as a bluetooth remote to record videos and group selfies but it's also awesome for screen capping specific parts of the screen. Much faster to take notes as well. It's my favorite feature
The s-pen has way more functionality than he mentioned. Most of these reviewers have no clue what it can do. All of them try to make it out to be a gimmick.
Me too
It also helps with copying stuff from banking apps, where the normal index finger cant do anything.
Very useful for me.. especially when pointing out something and give illustration to other people
@@drjd2realcan you enlighten us
The s23 has an erase feature as well on photos, arguably better because you can literally use the S pen to get the exact cut out you want, so that's two gimmicks... That aren't
I switched from a 13 Pro Max to a Pixel 7 Pro yesterday. It was $300 off so I gave it a shot. They seem to have fixed all the issues I had with the 6 Pro. Loving it so far. Still the cleanest and snappiest UI and it's much easier to hold. Charges as slow as the iPhone though. That's my only complaint so far.
Update in a few days or so as I went from a 6 Pro to a 13 Pro Max and one issue was battery life.
I have it too, just wished the battery lasted longer, especially when im gaming on it
I have only had it for a few days so the battery management isn't optimized yet. But I don't game. Just take some photos here and there and use it for Reddit and CZcams as well as Spotify and podcast apps. Battery shows it lasts around 20 hours when fully charged. Getting through a full day so far.
After a week or two I'll try to report back with screen on time per charge and usage.
@@marcochavanne If youre not gaming then the battery life is excellent i experienced had like 30% battery left the second day
What a downgrade lol. Why would you switch from 13 pro max? Good luck getting that battery life with the pixel 7
Fyi, the Pixel series has the Extra Dim feature too, it was added with Android 12. The feature lives in the pull down menu. Depending on your pull down menu configuration sometimes it needs to be added by clicking on the pen icon. Nevertheless, once there it's easily accessible.
It's an AOSP feature so most android (12) phones should have it .
It was added to aosp in A12L iirc
Exactly, I use the Pixel Extra Dim very often. Sad that it was overlooked in this video
Galaxy S23 Ultra has that, too.
@@JamesTFaile Yes, that's what the video mentioned. But it failed to mention that the Pixel also has it. Video made it seem like only the Galaxy has it.
can't believe u gave the display medal to iphone display doesn't only mean brightness it consists of functionality looks etc, I'd compromise on 250 nits brightness rather than compromising on that beautiful display with multiple functionality
glad im not the only one who thought this lmao
I really laughed aloud at this. First place to a display that hits 2000 nits. For all of 10 minutes outdoors before it overheats and dims!.. UNBELIEVABLE..🤣🤣🤣🤣💩
The display is still samsung. Because 2000nits is waste and consume a lot of battery
The display award should've went to Samsung considering they supply the panels for the other two phones.
I could see it going either way. They are so similar that I don’t think the minuscule differences really matter
I am surprised that no one mentions a huge advantage is the dual sim capabilities, which S23 ultra has by default. Also for value you get 150 pounds off for exchanging any broken samsung device.
It's bullshit we don't get dual sim out of the box in USA
Pretty much no one uses dual sim in north America. They will most likely just get a second phone
Americans thinking the world revolves around them.
Ignore them, I value the dual sim very highly
americans balls freeze as soon as they hear apple....they go crazy
Iphone has dual sim too

Comparing two of something isn't too tricky but comparing three in a review is. Giving such a well balanced and informative review of 3 phones in 16 odd mins, gotta say hats off. Great vdo
I'm honestly looking forward to what Samsung could offer in the future. At least I know they're listening to their consumers little by little. I hope they'll improve on app optimization, gaming, and battery (even though I know it's better now, it could still be more so). So far, I'm completely happy with my S23 Ultra! I'll probably upgrade when S27 or S28 comes out. Who knows though, they might surprise us with an even better phone and I might be tempted. Hahahaha

Do u have tree of money?
The battery and video especially are getting improved with software updates on the s23ultra with software updates
Likewise with the iPhone
@@jamesapple724 The s23 ultra had a stable release and is only getting updates as we speak. The iphone 14 had a downright hellscape of a release with their cameras vibrating into oblivion and so so many bugs and glitches, especially with the dynamic island. The iphone only got more usable with updates, not better.
I came from the Note 9, to note 10, to note 20 ultra, now s23 ultra. I don't know how a phone could get better than this. The battery is absolutely ridiculous. I'll still keep my note 20 ultra, it'll be fun to switch back and forth time to time. But this thing is on a whole new level.
1) Pixel 7 Pro has arguably the best camera between all of them. Seems like a strange ommision from a review about 3 phones designed with mobile photography in mind.
2) Pictures take longer on the pixel because of the post processing which is more complex (it uses AI, and a whole other host of features such as auto lens distortion correction), not because of the processor speed. Also, it only feels slower because you have the animation speed set to the default speed setting. Go into developer options and set animations to 0.5X and it will be just as fast as the other 2.
3) How are you going to talk about software and not mention the literal best parts about the pixel? Call screening. Direct my Call. Hold for me. Clear voice. Voice to text that doesn't suck. All of these make using the phone.. as a phone a better experience.
Otherwise good review.
After seeing the "peak brightness" and him say the pixel caps at 600 i stopped paying attention, there is barely any intention to be neutral here lol
I believe the Pixel does have a fatal flaw in having very poor network connectivity, it tried so hard to be a camera, it forgot it is a PHONE first and foremost!! In my country people are regretting buying it because the network connectivity is abysmal. They cut the costs in all the wrong places to make it cheaper.... that said I still love Pixels, just hope they can justify being compared to the other best phones on the planet.
@@fredsigu6684he said 1500 nits, if I am not wrong. Although I agree with the OP's comment, he did skimp over a lot of features on both the Android phones, Pixel especially.

S23 Ultra S-pen can be used to trigger the camera to take photos as well as being used like a wand. You can Swipe in any direction in your gallery without touching the phone.

this year ı prefer s23u. this gen galaxy is the best flag ship for me. good upgrade compare to last years (video, photo, battery display and chipset). ı wont change my phone (ı am 13 pro user) beacuse ı love my ecosystem but so good for galaxy owners.
6:26 There was no reason for you to make the argument about the IPhone having better video quality than the S23U. I paused the video, checked for quality overall; they're about even in 4K30fps, with the S23U just having less sharpening on the buildings in the background & less artifacts in the water.
Creators need to stop handing Apple favors in the camera department, because honestly, there are so many androids out there that are proven to be better. MKBH even made a video that suggests Apple not even being as good as people say it is.
Pixel also has an extra dim mode. It's literally built into the quick settings.
Wow, this video is incredibly informative! 😍 It's so interesting to see how these three flagship phones compare and I'm grateful for the detailed analysis. 👏
Galaxy software is hands down the best, especially if you're using good lock. One hand gestures, multi-tasking, and customization possibilities seem unlimited. Functions you didn't even realize you needed until you've explored and found out. Got to tip my hat to their software team.
Only reason to get a iPhone if your in the Apple eco system with an iPad, MacBook, iMac, or Mac Mini. Other wise I think I would go for the S23 ultra for a preorder to save money and get more ram as well!!!
@@relaxationsounds6981 saving money is probably the last thing I’d get the Samsung for.
Overall apple needs to give their UI a refresh.. Samsung is (finally) catching up
@@Pea-G I agree, Apple needs a UI refresh and Samsung is catching up on the speed side and battery.
@@relaxationsounds6981 sorry about the wrong verb tense at the start of my previous comment.
Anyhow, if apple actually decided to give their only selling point (now more than ever I think) a refresh they could really strike back. And I’m sure that more than one android user would switch over if the ram was also increased.
I’m really hoping this years iphone 15/15 pros have a big upgrade because I need a new phone..
@EuServers lol, I think Apple was the one releasing updates to nerf performance to encourage upgrades. My note 20 ultra has better performance now than it did at release.
I love my S23 Ultra. Customers love using the pen for signatures on invoices rather than using their finger in a box on a tablet. I find it useful to take quick notes as I write faster than typing (odd, I know). Autocorrect also doesn't screw that up. This is the first flagship phone I've gotten since the S8+. My battery lasts for a solid 18-22 hours and does great for work as well as home life. Can't complain about this investment. Just hope it lasts for quite awhile as I spent over a grand on this
They seem pretty durable. My S22U looks and runs like it's brand new. I had good luck with samsung phones durability.
I believe in Samsung products. I am just now looking to upgrade my S9+, and it still finds ways to impress me.
I don't understand why you said that the S23 ultra video quality not good vs the iPhone and the pixel.
I have the S23 ultra and the video quality is amazing
how less of a quality it is when compared to i14p in a scale of 10 ?
The transcribe & translate features on the Pixel 7 Pro are amazing too!
Good video. Something I miss from these tests are GPS performance.
I feel like the points were given randomly without much reasoning
Thank you for this very very informative video! I appreciate all the work you put into it. This video is the one that helped me in my final decision so thank you again! Keep up the awesome material!
video coloring is nicely done, noticable difference 💪🏻
Very good review, informative and not biased.
I kinda think he looked over some of the use cases for the S Pen. I use it for way more than quick notes. Number one being a shutter button which is great when you want to take pictures of you and your family from a short distance. It makes editing easier, great for games that I tend to fat-finger, great for smart select and so on...
Or the dex, to choose a keyboard over that 😅
It's great for Asian like me to translate text that I don't understand directly using the s-pen
Dude, the extra brightness is only for like 5secs. Lol
You can't even tell the difference when the 23 ultra and pro max are.side by side
For who wants a productivity phone Note/Ultra has no competition. iPhone it's for the Apple users only. And Pixel phone has better software. Overall Samsung S23 Ultra is the best for me and it will remain in the first place for a long time..
Honestly I think that this vid is a bit unfair and a bit early, since S23 Ultra is a new phone without all these optimization patches received like the other two..
yes it will only get better in time
Pixel has cleaner software, but really lacks features, so it's only better if you want a barebones Android experience. I have a P7 Pro, but really tempted by 23 Ultra because of battery life and s pen
Watching on my s23 ultra right now. Believe it or not I upgraded from a Razer Phone 2, which I absolutely loved. I thought it would be difficult to find a phone which was as perfect for me as that Razer Phone was, but this Samsung does that and more. The only thing I miss is the rgb logo on the back lol
I miss my razr. China got the Razr 3 😢
You lost me at "S-pen is a gimmick"
Just because you don't have a reason to use it, doesn't mean other people don't. Many people draw with the S-Pen as well as use it jot down quick notes while on the job, as well as all of the bluetooth features, such as taking photos by using the button on the S-Pen.
Yes bro he actually did a bias on that
Hi , its my 1st time to watch video & really it was like full tutorial tour along with auto recommendations. Impressive
Very satisfied with your opinion and outcome of your criteria, good job! 🤩
Hey man I don’t know if you’ll see this but I will say both on the pixel and the Samsung, the processing power and animation speed can both be improved from 1.0 to .5 using developer options.
This is the best smartphone comparision i have ever seen on youtube. Detailed, clear, sharp on point boom 💥
Extra Dim is also available on the Pixel
Omg, the link issue with iPhone drives me crazy!! That and the limitations/frustrations with Siri as well as the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor are a few of the reasons why I’m switching to the Samsung Galaxy after using strictly iPhones since the 4s. Apple is content resting on their laurels and are always behind the other brands when they used to be the industry leader.
And samsung finally has Apple level polish. The S22 U and S23 U are beautiful phones, and the UI is SO fluid, stable and intuitive. You can also customize the gesture/UI which is great; and it doesn't glitch out on you.

Great analysis! Informative video. Still can't make up my mind though 😂
I don't have much money, being able to take a great smartphone like Pixel 7 Pro for 600 pieces is a great thing. So for me Pixel 7 Pro is the definitive choice.
Pixel also has extra dim feature, if anyone is wondering about it.
Great video as always!
Yo great video, btw can you share the iphone's wallpaper? it looks cool :)
The pixel also has an extra dim mode for it's display. Also I thought mkbhd switched it up with what phone he filmed autofocus with, not exclusively the iphone
Samsung has a dimming option also.
There are pre-booking events in each country, and I'm happy to buy Galaxy s23u 512GB for $850 at a large electronics store with cashbags. Ordinary people need more photos than videos, but especially at night, if pictures are shaken or difficult to see, it's very sad to lose all our memories of the day after returning home.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have a pixel 4, and it has an extra dim setting. Isn't there one on pixel 7?
interesting vid - the only thing id ask u to consider is when giving specific points to each cat, you are assuming each cat is of equal importance / weighting, which of course is never the case and is nearly always subject. what i would suggest in future comparison vids, you look in to the Kepner tregoe method; i find it much more accurate. thx for sharing your thoughts :)

I wish someone would test how long the peak brightness last. I know the iPhone 14 pro will last no more than 2 minutes at peak brightness in direct sunlight, before over heating and dimming very dark.
