I have made this video on the request of one of my viewers.
I have been using this Stahl deep kadhai 20 cm for two years now. It is not only ideal for frying but also good for making breakfast items like upma, poha etc. , making different vegetable curries, dals etc.

Thank you so much maam.. I had been wanting to buy this kadai for a few months but couldn't find a proper review on CZcams..
I have a doubt.. Do dry items like Potato roast, Banana roast get stuck to the bottom upon cooking?

If you use medium flame on gas or medium power on induction, potato, etc does not stick to the bottom. Of course, if you use high power, then some browning and sticking will occur. After all this is not non stick material. But this is much better than other thick bottom kadhais I have shown in the video.

Also Im confused about what Dishwasher to buy.. We live in Bangalore and not sure about TDS of our apartment water.. Which brand would be a better buy according to u?
