If you calculate the surge first then bipod redux after (100 * 1.25 * 0.75) it'll be the same amount, about 94% of the rocket's base damage (w/o including leg surge mods). Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong here.
You can right? You can focus it at Zavala (at the tower as vendor) with nightfall ciphers. It uses 10 ciphers. I did it for the glassway linear fusion rifle the other day

Khovostov is also nuts. Just give it radiant, kinetic surge from armor. Plus you can easily match super to get it overcharged. Fucking ridiculous ricochet clean up and room clear. I got more kills than most of the lfg runs of gms I’ve done so far I didn’t even know if it was real anymore
Outbreak just snowballs through the GM like nothing. The only problematic section is, ironically, the beginning staircase with the Fallen and the Barrier Champion giving them shields, because you can't shoot at the champion hiding behind the walls while enemies are covered by it.
I wish we could see a build that wasn't dependent upon severely stingy RNG for the perfect exotic class item. I'll just run my Getaway Artist or Speaker's Sight warlock.
NO ITS TRASH DELETE THE GAME! Seriously though cyta is OK, the ability regen from HOIL is nice to have (but not necessary). That said I don't think you're going to take advantage of caliban that much, maybe you have better combo? Cyta + renewal, galanor + star eaters, etc.

anti-champ weapons would also overcharge weapons and they don't stack. So both graviton and outbreak would get the same 25% buff if there are anti-barrier champs in the activity. the surge from void doesn't stack as it counts as the same surge
I never understood the logic of grandmasters in relation to everything else in destiny 2. Bungo gives us an arsenal of weapons and abilities and it gets completely trashed for long distance attacks and cover fire from the maps objects. Yea, grandmasters are rewarding but such a boring play style.
In my head grandmasters are just a realistic depiction of a final boss room when you're like in-universe carrying out these strikes, it just comes down to pure skill and unfortunately in war, skill comes from good cover and long distance shots 😂
I like GMs. Gives you a chance to get some use out of the longer ranged weapons. Normally they don't get a use because activities tend to be easy and more optimal with shorter ranged stuff.

How do you use collective obligation to stack up as many debuffs? We got emerging from invisible w/ Gyrfalc's for volatile, smoke bomb for weaken, but there's a third type of void that you can trigger for all three on the gun, right?
@@NFZKAZE I use the void subclass. Suppressor nade for suppression, and then the fragment that gives your nades weaken, and the fragment that says getting a kill with your nade gives your weapons volatile rounds. You can get all 3 in one grenade, but it might take two. It takes a little work, but I usually only have to get that nade cycle done one time because once I have all 3 buffs I'll debuff a bigger target, and once the void leech timer runs out you can just shoot the same target again and get all 3 back. That may sound like too much to do to people but I like it because it's like having a little mini game while I'm doing an activity. I usually use it on titan with peregrine greaves so I can one shot champions since I can stun barrier and overload with that, and sidearm for unstop
If people just used what doesn't bore them, the guns that are more fun, people would use very different stuff. This video is all about being the most optimal. Collective is not being optimal
he's a hunter main....and the whole point is 'outbreak perfected', so it doesn't really matter which character you use....just have an unstop weapon and a good pulse, and a useful super...it's not fuckin rocket appliances!
If I were to make a build on warlock I'd just run that one chest piece that gives a debuff on headshots. I'd go with arc or void super to get blinding or weakening alongside the sever from the prismatic aspect
There are likely a ton of people who are very new to the game or inexperienced when it comes to build crafting that are searching for this kind of video. This video isn't for veterans or people who have a really good grasp on GMs
you a bit slow??....the whole point is that all you need is outbreak and an unstop weapon...there's no play loop or 'build' involved here....go with whatever character you want, just equip a 'useful' super...hunter's just happen to have the most 'useful' supers in this case as far as tether and GG

at least 1 guy running with riskrunner + 3 arc resistance mods shreds as well. Bonus resistance when you get amplified if you running with prismatic.

I have a roll on my Relativism with Cytarachne and Caliban. Would that do the trick? Can’t seem to get it with HOIL to drop

What makes Outbreak better for this than Graviton Lance? I can never get the other two people I do GMs with to use anything other than Graviton Lance.
Rewind rounds on outbreak let's you do a lot of dmg + builds super back fast. Graviton Lance + the call is a solid combo also
Outbreak has considerable dps for a primary. That melt on the barrier servitor in the first room is something you can’t do with G Lance.

New artifact goes into solar snipers pretty well. You can roll fourth time and precision instrument on it making a good damage dealer.

If your Super matches the surge then Outbreak would do as much damage thanks to the Kinetic buff with matching Surge Supers.
