PAPRIKA FILLED WITH MEAT-RICE FILLING IN TOMATO JUICE🍅👍 Very simple and at the same time very tasty lunch or dinner. Especially now that there are plenty of fresh vegetables in the gardens. Prepare this great meal that really doesn't take much effort👍 Bread, potatoes or dumplings can be served with it. Everyone can choose the thickness of the tomato juice / sauce according to their taste, as well as the final addition of the sugar👍🙂

INGREDIENTS:
For the tomato juice / sauce:
∘ 3 tbsp tomato paste
∘ 2-3 tbsp smooth flour
∘ 3 bay leaves
∘ 1/2 teaspoon red paprika powder
∘ 1/2 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
∘ 7-8 pieces of whole black pepper
∘ salt to taste
∘ water approx. 2 L (depending on density)
∘ some oil
∘ sugar to taste
For the filling:
∘ 13-14 paprikas
∘ 700 g ground beef
∘ 200 ml rice
∘ 1 egg
∘ 1 teaspoon ground caraway seeds
∘ 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
∘ 1/2 teaspoon red paprika powder
∘ 1/2 teaspoon basil
∘ salt as needed
